Fast, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with. Quickest and easiest transaction for a vehicle that I have ever experienced. No dealer hasells and no long drawn out day of paper pushing. In the past with other dealers it has taken several hours for a sale, which is aggravating to say the least, but not here. Our salesman knew his product and met or exceeded our expectations. The owner/manager and the sales manager helped us through the order process to insure we got the truck we wanted. We will surely use Raceway for our car needs again.

Because it has been 3 weeks and I still look at prices of other dealers pre owned rangers and none compare to the price that Beach Ford finalized for me others are any where from $500 to $1300 over for a lariat ranger and not even being a tremor .So people do your research and compare Beach Ford sells quality pre owned vehicles for less

Make sure you read your extended warranty thoroughly when purchasing from Conway Ford. It is not through Ford but a third party. Had my transmission that needed to be replaced through warranty company. It took 5 weeks before dealer and warranty company agreed to replace. Dealer did not offer loaner car and warranty company only covered rental car for 10 days at $35/ day.

Outgoing, professional, and knowledgeable. Even though we didn’t end up purchasing here, we would recommend it. Only reason we didn’t purchase here was because they didn’t negotiate with us as much as another dealership

I was traveling and had problems with my transmission leaking and smoking and called the next morning to see if I could get in they said they were booked up for two months but would work me in repaired the problem in about an hour and a half it was overfilled with transmission fluid by a previous dealer and now my truck is running great no leaks thanks to Noah and his staff they were very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely go back . I highly recommend these people at Stoke Hodges Ford in Graniteville South Carolina we will be seeing more of them my husband is working up here from out of state so both our trucks will be serviced by Stokes Hodges Ford dealership

Absolutely terrible service department. Took my car in for a recall repair--a door latch and a brake pedal bumper. I called for an appointment in July. I was told the "recall team" wouldn't be in until Sept. 16. I made an appointment for 8am. Dropped the car off the evening of Sept. 15, so it would be there first thing in the morning. As of 7pm on 9/19, my car still has not been serviced. How long does it take to replace a door latch and brake pedal bumper? No explanation from the dealer. SI was told there was a specific "recall team" that wouldn't be available until Sept. 15 when I made the appointment, so staffing issues does not suffice as a legitimate excuse. Why did I even bother to make an appointment over a month in advance? This is entirely unacceptable. This is the second time I have tried to act responsibly on a recall notice, and this same dealer couldn't do fulfill the request over a period of several days. If there is a corporate Ford complaint center online, I will be visiting it next. The fact that there is no explanation from them makes the situation even worse. Go anywhere else!

I was treated with respect, until I had an accident with the loaner van and they started calling me "crash". They gave me a new F150 for the next few days and completed the work to my Transit Van. The Professional Service and Repairs is excellent. I have been kicked out of Summerville Ford and Palmetto Ford, so I feel very good with all interactions. Ask for Amber and everything will fall into place.
