i drive a Honda and always service it at the Honda dealer. Got a huge quote from them for a major repair. I know someone at Ford and brought it in for a second opinion. They quoted $600 less on the original $3000 quote so I had Ford service it. Everyone there was nice and professional and they got my car in and out as promised with no surprises. No car wash but I can go get one with the $600 savings!

I rarely write reviews. However, I want to recognize Kevin in Sales and Leasing as one of the best Salesman I’ve encountered. I recently purchased a used Mustang, through Kevin. He’s a car person who knows his cars. He was super easy to work with and understanding when I told him I don’t make decisions quickly. I’ve purchased three cars over the last 20 years through West Hills. So far, none have given me any headaches regarding durability. West Hills sells quality used cars. Shout out to Jose the Business Manager who processed the title transfer and the Sales Manager Josh! Great People! Highly Recommend West Hills Ford.

My son bought a new Ford Escape hybrid in 2021 when he lived in Alaska. He moved to Spokane in April of this year. At his 30,000 mile service he took it to Wendle. He informed them that he had a clunking noise in the front end. They failed to fix it. Now, 5000 miles later, they have discovered that the inner tie rod is damaged. In my opinion it should be covered under warranty. They told him that it was caused by water damage and therefore it isn’t covered. Well, over $1700 later it is fixed. Also, he now needs to buy a new set of tires because his original ones wore out prematurely due to the tie rod going bad. I have owned Fords most of my adult life. In fact, I have two right now. If they can’t make a vehicle that water won’t ruin the inner tie rod within the first year, I will never own another. I would definitely NOT recommend Wendle Ford. I will be contacting Ford Motor Company with a complaint.

I took my 2010 Ford F-350 6.4 diesel into the shop because I was loosing power when I was towing my 40 foot Alpine fifth wheel. There were no check engine lights, Jake had his guys go over everything and they couldn’t find a problem. Two weeks later same thing except I did get a check engine light. I took it into a local auto parts store and they ran a check for me .(I live fifty miles from Wenatchee). I called Jake and told him what I found. He checked inventory and found the part. I left mt truck Sunday night in their lot and Monday they installed the new part. I picked it up that evening. Jack runs a great shop and if I have any other problems that’s where I will go. PS too the truck and fifth wheel on a 400 mile trip with no problem. Thanks again Jake

Columbia Auto Center Colleen Roberts Appointment Coordinator Sun, Dec 27, 2020 told someone would be in contact soon 5 emails back and replied to then no contact so i initiated again on 12/30 in between recieved call from customer service they said sales willbe contacting you as soon as possible 12/30 recieved from Colleen Roberts -The sales team has received your information and should be getting in contact with you at their earliest convenience. I know they are looking forward to working a deal with you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. Received no reply,on 1/3/21 I got on there website and messaged I will buy this truck got reply from Kahlee saying now my salesperson This was sunday told Kahlee I would be there tuesday with cash for asked for price was told,sounds good.asked for extras over quoted price was told 350$ for paperwork said fine see you tuesday. 1/4 Monday asked about availability of trip permits,Columbia ford had none,Kelso was closest place to get one.After research I found a place to by trip permits 7 blocks from dealership.
