I have purchased 2 vehicles from Kent Parsons in the last 9 months. And 1 in 2007, when the Econo;ines were still available. I am very pleased with the Sales team, Finance team and the Service team. I bought a new 2021 Explorer, had some mice issues getting into the glovebox, Ford didn't allow KP to fix, but did allow them to clean all the duct work. I put a cage over the cabin filter inlet which is in the engine bay. Worked great. Service dept is top notch. I purchased a used 2017 F150 XLT. Got it home and realized the 2.7 Ecoboost had an oil leak. Called and made the appointment, all taken care of with no issues so far. Both times received a loaner car or truck upon request. Jack Shamblin sold me my Explorer, top notch guy. Gary Huffer sold me my F150, another top notch guy. Neither salesman pressured me into anything. Mark the Sales manager, another top notch guy. They all took the time to answer all my questions and get everything set up. Adaira in Service, was very helpful with arranging my loaner cars, top notch for customer service. Dusty, in Service dept, called when she said she would and service was complete ahead of when they said it would be, top notch. Gary, Service Manager was very open to talk in both of my service experiences and made what I thought would be a nightmare, VERY manageable and painless. Everyone I have dealt with at Kent Parsons is very professional and I appreciate the..."Top Notch" service I was given. I will be talking to Kent Parson about a new Transit for my work needs in the near future.
