I had my vehicle in for recall work. When I made the appointment the gentleman I spoke with was very nice, he mentioned that it wouldn't take as long as the paper from Ford mentioned. When I arrived, the person at the desk said,"this is a drop off, on Fridays this is usually .....". I explained to him about what the person had told me when I called a week or two before. This wasn't very welcoming. The work was done in about an hour which was great.

Nathan answered all my questions with great knowledge and gave me insights about the vehicle that I did not know about, and would have had trouble figuring out myself. Nathan was also there after the sale for me with help whenever I needed it, that is a great service and very appreciated.
