One of the worse Genesis dealers. I was dealing with their internet sales manager about purchasing GV80 and when I told him I am not interested to move forward due to missing feature because of chip shortage the individual hang up the phone on me. I called and left a message to their general manager but never heard back from them. Never ever deal with this dealership unless you want to be insulted if you ever thought to change your mind. Genesis may not be the luxury vehicle once I thought they are, at least not this dealer.

Great dealership with the best salesman in the game, period. Had a major issue initially, but J.C. Chatman was able to fix it without any problem. He helped me with my deal back in 2019 and got me the numbers I was looking for after several weeks of negotiations. He also helped resolve the issue I had with one of his supervisors, Cedric (General Sales Manager). Thank you for all of your help, J. C. Highly recommend going here because J.C. will treat you with the utmost respect. Very rare to find real people who care about their customers the way he does in the auto industry. You’re the man, J.C.! Also recommend this dealership for their fantastic Service department. There was some confusion with scheduling my service appointment on the weekend for something they don’t typically handle over weekends, but Donny (Service Manager) understood my position and made it right. He not only ensured that he’d get the service I needed, but got my car to a great condition in ways other dealerships didn’t do. Appreciate all of the great people working here who go above and beyond for their clients.

Purchased a 2022 Genesis GV80 from this dealership yesterday. I have to admit that the experience started off a little rough but they turned it around. They made me the deal I asked for and got me on the road quick. I want to thank all the staff and corporate for all the assistance. The response from Glendale Genesis was that they don’t advertise on cars.com and the prices quoted are bogus. I am at loss why would Glendale Genesis have their weekly advertisements and say they don’t any advertisement. I emailed cars.com and got a robot message response from them.

Came to Tuttle-Click Genesis to look at the GV70 as I'm in the market for a new car (by the end of the week) sales person didn't want to sell me or anything he just said "u can't test drive it as you need to do a credit check and our customers dont test drive they just know what they want". Really ? I was a serious buyer and explained it to the sales person but apparently he judges by his own cafeterias of who is going to buy something or not
