Working in the industry myself, I consider myself a pretty tough nut to crack when purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Ben Bizzle knew exactly how to match that energy and he worked his behind off to meet all of my “demands” and got me out of the dealership with my dream car for much less than I expected to pay. He’s a rockstar salesperson who clearly does anything he can to get his clients what the want and need. Truthfully I give him a 7 out of 5 for all his efforts and will gladly purchase another vehicle with him when the time is right! As for the dealership itself, every person I interacted with was incredibly kind of welcoming. I know some people have gripes about purchasing a Genesis at a Hyundai location, but everyone made it feel like a luxury experience. Now here is a sentence I have never and will never utter again: I’m actually looking forward to returning for SERVICE VISITS!!!! As unbelievable as that may sound, that’s how I feel.

This dealership is "amateur hour". The first time I visited to look at a G90, the car on the showroom floor had no power. It was impossible to move the seats. The salesman thought he could start the power by using the key. Wrong. A week later I gave them a second chance. The second time I visited, after making an appointment and specifically asking for the car to be hooked up to a power source, things were worse. Upon arrival the "concierge" took my name and summoned any salesperson. The "concierge" had little knowledge of the car as he was still in "training", and the car still had no power. A salesperson never showed up. After 20 minutes of waiting, I left. I never saw the person with whom I had made the appointment. It was a total waste of my time. The dealership facility is ordinary at best. The men's restroom had water covering the sink and the trash container was overflowing. Is this an indicator of how they will treat your vehicle? If Hyundai expects Genesis to compete with Lexus, BMW and Mercedes, this dealership is a very poor representative of the brand. Compared to my experiences at those dealerships, Genesis is sorely lacking. Too bad, as the vehicle looked impressive. I think Napleton Genesis of Hazelwood should be very low on your list if you want to purchase an $80K vehicle.
