While our salesman was occupied with various requests around the building, Victoria Miller made sure we were taken care of with refreshments, answered our questions, and made us feel excited about our experience. Her positive energy put us in the perfect mood to buy a Genesis. I had spotty experience with the service department before, but now I can not even get a call through to make an appointment. I have been calling for several days and leavin messages with my number with no reponse. I would give up if the other dealerships within a reasonable distance would be any better.
