Our previous experience with any response including professionalism from the service writers was severely lacking. It took two years to get help with my Genesis from the day we purchased it. We decided professionalism from the service writers was severely lacking. It took two years to get help with my Genesis from the day we purchased it. We decided to give them one more try and ended up with Josh. Not only did he return our calls in a prompt manner but was able to get my Genesis fixed in less time (two weeks) than it did previously.
