Excellent experience. Chance was friendly and courteous. The video sent by my repair tech was thorough and the information was presented in an easy to understand way with Chance was friendly and courteous. We knew the exact car we wanted to see and about what we were willing to pay for it before arriving. Jay handed me off to Haroon, who was polite and fast to facilitate our needs (test driving the car, gett were willing to pay for it before arriving. I gave my target number, he met it, and we sealed the deal. Very straightforward without so many of the sales tactics I've come to expect during the process, which was in its sixth week (with as many dealerships involved) at that state. Would come back again.
