I have never bought a car from a lot or dealership in my life because of the hassles let alone bought one online without a test drive but salesperson Bruce & the Dutton dealership made this online buying experience amazing, Bruce went above a & beyond to assure me that he & the Dutton dealership were there for me , he sent videos, photos & the history of the car & that the car was in amazing condition, without Bruce’s experience, knowledge & hard work on his end I would have never bought a car online & would still be looking in Portland. Very friendly personal experience, Thank you Bruce & Dutton. I highly recommend them !!!

I recently purchased a brand new 2022 gmc Denali, with cash. When I checked out the truck there was a big scratch and dents on the roof. From being unloaded I was told . It was very bad and needed to be completely taken apart and put new skins on . The dealership said that they would fix it, free of charge and give me a little price break . I agreed because I really wanted this truck in a specific color. I was also told that when the truck was finished and it wasn’t perfect that I could get my money back . The sales man jay said” it’s goin to be back to factory finish and look brand new “ . It’s far from that . I was originally told the truck roof would take 2-3 weeks to fix but it took almost 8 weeks. I had to call multiple times during these weeks and was given the run around; something felt off. The truck was delivered to me and upon inspection I noticed that the roof scratches and there was a huge run in the paint . Not to mention it was orange peel paint and not smooth like the rest of the truck . the siding and molding is loose, the trim pieces on the roof and door like an glued together all over and it’s already coming apart . there are multiple clear coat marks all over the vehicle, the vehicle was not given a deep clean before delivery to me, there were scratches on the truck, the black molding around the front windshield was not bolted down, there were some mishaps with the tailgate, and to finish it off I have a feeling the roof will leak due to the poor repair job. When I took for a first test drive at home it sounds like I’m driving airplane the leak is that bad . The person who delivered my truck acknowledged all of this and said he would report to his supervisor. I took pictures of everything and called the dealership the following day to follow up and was given no info. The supervisor was rude and did not take accountability for anything on the truck. I requested to speak to the owner and have not heard anything. Upon further investigation, reading other reviews, it seems that poor business and customer service is the standard for this dealership. It’s very unfortunate because I was willing to work with them in the beginning but they did not take any ownership of the wrong doings. I’ve tried for a few weeks to communicate and get the best results since I spent almost $103k, cash, on my dream truck but have been unable to come to an agreement with them. They finally told me that I could take my truck to a body shop to get fixed. Mind you, none of these problems were caused by myself but caused by the dealership. I do not recommend working with this dealership because they practice poor business and customer service, so not stand behind their work, and lack communication. Look elsewhere when buying a new truck because this dealership is not worth the hassle.I hope this helps the next customer.

GMC Acadia to Diamond Buick GMC Palmdale previously known as Rally, I brought it in because it was having hard shifting and when accelerating, it would sputter and go into reduced power mode where it would almost come to a rolling stop . Prior to bringing it to the dealer I had done everything to the best of my ability to fix the P0420 code along with the hard shifting, sputtering, and the reduced power mode with no resolution. I was tired of throwing good money after bad. I am a hard working single mother, so I had decided to take my car to the dealership I thought they would be able to put an end to all my troubles as this is their area of expertise and I would be able to move forward with a problem free, dependable vehicle. Well to my dismay my problems with this dealership were just beginning, costing me more than I ever imagined, and a long road of high expectations, promises and ultimate disappointments . The service technician Ivan advised me that I had a misfire on cylinder #1 and that my cat needed to be replace but prior to bringing the car to the dealer I took it to D&D muffler, they did a compression check and stated that my cats had no clogs it had a cat code which was P0420 and it could be several different things causing that cat code to go off, but the dealership Ivan said I needed to replace the coil pack and spark plug on cylinder #1 and stated that my car would be fixed except for the cat code which would not affect the way my vehicle would drive. OK great, I paid for the repairs and was on my way . Well to my disappointment I didn’t even make it home before my car was doing the same thing if not worse than before. Keep in mind they had it from April 22-27, 2022. They would not provide me a rental, therefore, I was left with no car, no means of transportation, to get around and do the necessities or things with my 6 year old. I had come here for a summer visit and was unable to do anything for the summer with my son, for the exception of watching the paint dry on the walls. Ivan told me to bring it back and they would take another look at it, so May 5,2022 I brought my car back to Diamond GMC . Ivan called with an update and notified me that my tork converter and fuel pump needed to be replaced expensive parts to replace especially in my situation as a single mom visiting for the summer from Idaho. So I double checked with Ivan, are you sure this is going to fix it because I can’t just be throwing money into it hoping for resolution. He confirmed that it would besides the P0420 code which again would not affect the way the car drove so I confirmed the replacement and I was going to look into getting the tork converter replaced in a couple weeks . So after that replacement a couple weeks go by and my car is still doing the SAME thing. I looked into getting it done elsewhere since I no longer trusted Diamond's work ethic, honesty, or work to be done right. but they had said something along the lines of it having to go through the dealership. So I bring my car into Diamond again to have the tork converter replaced, I get a different service provider Robin by this time she contacted my extended warranty company they said someone would come out to confirm that the tork converter needed to be replaced within 24 to 48 hours 4 days go by, maybe more ( keeping in mind that I had no vehicle or means of transportation) so I obtained a rental car (out of pocket) no consideration from Diamond to provide anything (which they could have as a gesture of goodwill) for my son and I knowing full well our situation. The gentlemen that came out from my warranty company said that the cat needed to be replaced first before considering replacing the tork so mind you I’ve had a rental this whole time when I dropped car off with Robin coming out of pocket because warranty company hasn’t approved the claim so I order a new cat cost came out of pocket again so another week goes by with my car just sitting at the dealer with nothing being done to it I was advised that if I picked up my car until cat had arrived I would lose my place inline for the repair and I would be on the waiting list for 3 weeks so left it there I asked if I could put the cat on myself so I didn't have to come out of pocket for the labor they said no, got the cat and they put it on then contacted warranty company again had to wait another 24 to 48 hours to have another person come out to confirm the repair they finally approved the claim they said they would reimburse me cost for rental for 2 days while they put the tork converter on by that time I had no money left for a rental.

The absolute worst! We asked if a car listed online was physically on the lot and they said yes come check it out. Drove 80+ miles to be duped and the car had been sold long ago. The one rep knew the other guy full lied to get us in the door. If we were local ok, but making us drive that far is just shady. Sounds like it stems from the top, Finance Manager couldn't have cared less. STAY AWAY!!

Just recently purchased a used Buick Encore and needed to have the AC checked for a possible leak and had an additional warranty. I was shocked to see so many people working in the service department and how clean the work areas were. Anyway, Hong Nong walked me through the process of getting all the information needed and advised me depending on the issue you shouldn't have to pay for this with additional coverage. Anyway, they needed the car for about half a day, and he helped me get transportation back home. They cost more for the work to be done but I believe the work gets done right the first time and they will go out of their way to help the customer without pressure, just suggestions for work needed. Ask for Hong Nong the next time you go in. Tks Rob

This dealership is no longer reliable and do not treat their customer as a valued owner of cadillac vehicles. This dealership has been bought up by a Hyundai dealership group (Korean car manufacturer) which are not the luxury brand car maker as we know it. The people working at the service department are doing to do their very best to repale, insult, and alienate all of their customers. You better not have them to wash your car because they do not doing a good job and you end up to wash your car again. Check your car before and after you give it to them for any kinds of service for any damage to your car. I have took my cadillac to this dealership several times and each time I felt that they are discriminating based on my age, where I am coming from and other things that I would not like to mention here. The KOREAN HYUNDAI car manufacturer are in for a real surprise to learn that they may have to close this dealership brand due to lack of customer. Good luck Hyundai of puente hills with your purchase of this dealership. I am sure you are going to have a lots of space to store Hyundai!!!!!

First and foremost, both of the sales associates who helped me -- Luis N. and Lamar J. -- were fantastic. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and very patient with me and my questions. Second, the two managers who handled my negotiations -- Abe R. and George H. -- were also very professional and respectful. I felt they were very honest and straightforward, and represented Simpson Cadillac in the best possible way. Finally, Fernando G. in finance was terrific as well, and explained everything to me in a meaningful way. Overall, my entire car purchase was an A+ in every way. I will be referring all of my friends and family interested in a Cadillac to Simpson and the wonderful people who assisted me there. Ed S.
