Have you ever seen a deal to good to be true? Most times when you see a deal like that there is always a catch...Well at Weir Chevy there is no catch just believe it! I recently bought a preowned 2018 Colorado and traded in my 2013 Silverado. My salesman Stephen Dupertuis and I came to a deal on paper in 10 minutes! They had a great price on their truck and he offered a very fair trade in value on mine. No car dealer games . I took the Colorado home for the night and came back the next day telling Stephen I really liked the truck but the seats were very uncomfortable and I could not see buying this truck. Stephen said no problem we can fix the seats. I was shocked by that offer to fix basically new seats! I had never heard of such a thing. And true to his word they re-stuffed the drivers seat and after I asked and received a toneau cover we closed the deal. It is so refreshing to see there is a car dealer out there that cares about the customer more than the almighty dollar! Thank you very much Mr Roy (owner of Weir Chevy) And Mr. Stephen Dupertius for restoring my faith in car dealers who operate their business in a honest and straight forward way! St Louis people need to visit Weir Chevy and see what is too good to be true in Redbud IL I am sure glad i did!

I heard a salesman say that buying a new car shouldn't have to suck. I can say, for the first time, that that was the case here. There was absolutely no pressure. There was nothing hidden, they were transparent and Carla explained everything in full detail down to the penny. Clay brought the invoice out to me-without me even asking for it (at other dealerships you have to fight for it). I have never been treated this well at any other dealership.

Poage is the only service center I have used for the last 15 years. I usually get an appointment to have the oil changed within a week from the time that I call. I like to talk to Dan. I always wait, the accommodations are very nice. I had a surprise on my last bill, they rotated my tires without letting me know ahead of time. I left the next morning for 3 1/2 hour trip. I got out on the road and my right rear tire said too high. I had to stop & let the air out. I’m not sure this is what you wanted to hear. Please consider this a very minor complaint. I value all the service workers at Poage and will continue using their services.

This is my second purchase of an $80,000. - EV

This is my second purchase of an $80,000.00 GMC AT4 truck from Laura Buick-GMC. First in 2001 was 2500 HD AT4 and last month 2022 GMC 1500 AT4X. I worked with Justin who was exceptional as usual, putting a deposit in November 2021 and delivery in July 2022 with all a great build. Only issue is I fly to St. Lewis from out of state and confirm my flight times and courtesy pick up time the day before and day of delivery. Even with a text the while at the airport confirming time and flight but when I arrived there was no driver. I waited over half an hour and called/texted Justin and his colleague and discovered after 45 minutes the driver had not been notified and had not left the dealership until over an hour waiting at the airport. It took another 40 minutes to arrive. I was on a strict schedule and wasted nearly two (2) hours at the airport which pushed back my delivery/paperwork time at the dealership. Thankfully, the truck was ready and the finance office was ready, fast and professional. I asked the manager to see if they could throw in seat covers or include a substantial discount to account for a good customer's time wasted. I was told by Justin they would see what they could do. I felt this was not a big ask to keep a second time customer purchasing two $80,000 trucks. To date, I still have not heard from anyone.

I am very pleased with the service, I was having issues with my Acadia denali and my regular GMC dealership couldn't get me in for a week. My son told me to call Kunes, they got my vehicle in right away fixed and serviced my vehicle. I was going to wait , but Gus said it was going to take awhile and offered me a loaner so I could run errands. I can't say enough positive things about my experience, pretty sure I have found a new dealership. Thank you, Debbie
