Great experience! The truck I had inquired about was out and waiting for me when I arrived. Derrick and Casey were both fantastic and easy to work with. My appointment was at 5:30 p.m. on Friday evening (dealership closes at 6:00 p.m.). Derrick and Casey stayed well after 6:00 p.m. to make sure my experience was great and that the deal was done. Never felt rushed! I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to visit Ed Martin and ask for Derrick!

I stopped at Romain first and and was so impressed with the personnel and their product. At first I had decided to wait to order my vehicle until the next week, but was so excited to get a Subaru I went back the next day and ordered my vehicle. The whole process from meeting my sales rep to completing the paperwork for my new 2023 Subaru Outback Premium was top-notch! I've never bought a car at a dealership before, so this time I went to Stoops Buick. Destinee met me at the door and helped me right away. She asked me a few questions and then showed me some options. She walked me through the process and answered all my questions along the way. Soon i had my new car, which i love. Stoops Buick is the place to go for excellent customer service and excellent products st a reasonable price.

In this crazy time of buying/selling cars, we drove 5 1/2 hours to this Dealership to purchase an in-stock vehicle that we found on the GM website that matched our wants. Shawna, the internet manager, was very helpful in getting our questions answered prior to our visit. The Dealership is very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Tim Crosier, advocated for us in getting any discount that applied to the vehicle. Tim was knowledgeable about the many features the car had, and took time to explain them to us. The Sales Manager, Chris, worked with us on pricing the dealer add-ons that had been previously done to the vehicle. We believe we received a good trade in value for our car (with Tim's help). We would recommend this dealership for anyone considering a new car purchase.

Apparently they removed my previous review again (two times now) which further emphasizes the abhorrent experience I was subjected to and the lack of professionalism of this place. Why Google would allow a valid review to be removed is also extremely concerning. Never do business with Paul Sur Buick GMC. The following encompasses the original review and an update with what transpired since then. I was treated in the most disgusting fashion at this establishment. I was directed by General Motors to take my vehicle to Paul Sur to have an issue with my vehicle addressed and to have the cost covered under warranty and through the General Motors Customer Assistence program if necessary. I paid out of pocket to have the "diagnosis" performed even though I showed up with the service bulletin from General Motors and handed it to them. I am now being told by General Motors that Paul Sur is not participating in the Customer Assistance process to get this known issue which should be covered under warranty addressed even though this is a known issue with this vehicle. I also was denied service in direct violation of the law pertaining to my use of a service animal. The managers went on to threaten me with legal action and to call law enforcement on me. They even told me they would not sell me a vehicle at all. This has been absolutely humiliating. Original deleted review: I want to make it will known this place is horrible. Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere. They literally violate complying with laws and the managers (Lee Lugo and the other man did not provide his name, but it is Mike Somers) treated me in the most abhorrent, discriminatory, and disrespectful manner by threatening me, saying they would not sell me a vehicle, and telling me they were going to call law enforcement on me. I even worked to share with them they were violating the law in attempt to de-escalate the situation and they persisted and said he did not care. I contacted General Motors to file a complaint and will make sure they are addressed to the fullest extent. This all transpired even after I paid them money for service on one of my vehicles

He knew the facts about the cars in the lot without looking at the information tag on the cars or going to a computer inside or his cell phone. We stayed past closing hours and he did not complain staying late and was ver accommodating. Bobby Likens our finance guy was also very pleasant and explained each form to us. When we picked up our car. Marco helped transfer everything out from our old car to our new car. I love the team work everyone displayed. Awesome job!

The car buying experience was great! The car - a lemon. I bought a used car, everything worked great until 3 days later and the transmission started acting up. They did get it serviced, but something is still not right. ABS light came on 8 days later. I talked to the sales person, the sales manager, and anyone else who would listen to try to take the car back and cancel the financing. Nope. "Once it's off the lot, we're no longer responsible." A dealer should stand behind their cars, even used, for at least a week. Buyer Beware!

Jay Mason and Brandee, his girlfriend, are the best in used car sales. I was actually in the market for a 2019 Lincoln Navigator L Reserve. Still, after being mistreated by Koons Ford in Woodbridge, being from the Washington D.C. area, I decided to travel away from here and look elsewhere. Here is where Jay Mason comes in. He had the prettiest Cadillac Escalade EVS that I looked at on the internet. After a few days of going back and forth, him being very patient with me because I'm still thinking about the Lincoln, I wasn't 100% on the 2019 Escalade. This guy sold me a vehicle over the phone, and then when I flew into Indiana Airport, he had his girlfriend Brandee, aka his wife. The latter is one of the sweetest, friendliest ladies I have ever met; she picked my brother and me up from the airport and took us to the dealership. At the dealership, I met a young lady named Marisa, who is in the finance department. Beautiful young lady not just in looks but in spirits as well help me finish the deal.
