Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and pleasant. for a standard oil change the time goes pretty quick. I recently purchased a new Buick Enclave from Doug Forsythe. This was the third vehicle purchase that he was the salesman. I spoke with him last fall to let him know I was interested in a new Enclave. He was so good to keep me informed when they expected one to be shipped. The trade in and purchase went well. Thank you Doug and the sales staff.

Dear Mr. Stovesand we visited your establishment on Saturday and I must say everyone from the receptionist to the detailer and all the salesmen in between were so nice. I want to give a big shout out to Peyton, Josh, and Ellen. Peyton welcomed us with a smile and a genuine friendly demeanor. He was extremely courteous and helpful in my son buying his first vehicle. Josh was so patient walking Aaron through the finance process. He also welcomed any future questions or concerns that might arise. Ellen had the car looking good and gave Aaron the tutorial on all the features This is the only car buying experience I have ever felt good about, I would gladly make the hour drive down again for that kind of service. I would not recommend the dealership based on the experience I had with the Online Sales Manager. I asked very simple questions. Here they are - 1. Has this vehicle ever been in an accident? (sent me the carfax) 2. What warranty, if any, still exists? Is there extended warranty? (never gave me a straight answer on the existing warranty. Told me they had extended warranties after 5 emails exchanges) 3. Are there any dents, scratches, or dings, not depicted in photos? (did not answer right away, took 5 emails later) 4. Photos of the driver side is missing. Are there any? (answered within three emails) 5. What is the vehicle maintenance history on this vehicle? I'm looking for oil changes, tire rotations, recalls, etc. (could not answer accurately and told me it was in the car fax after 5 emails later. This is not a viable answer) 6. Are the front and back brakes original? (5 emails later answered) 7. Is there any cracks, nics, or chips on the windshield? (5 emails later answered) 8. Is the price negotiable on the vehicle? (not only avoided this question, but got irritated I even asked again in the fifth email to him) 9. What type of arrangements exist for pick up? (His response was an incomplete sentence I could not make out) He resisted on even discussing negotiations with pricing. He did not ask, "Hey let's discuss over the phone." It's a drive from where I live to go down to the dealership to buy a vehicle. I also do not have a spare car. I would need to get someone to drive me there. That's not only my time, but theirs plus gas too. That also means I need to get my finances in order and have a solid out the door cost of the vehicle prior to showing up. I do not think it's much to ask for and would of discussed further on the phone with him IF he actually would do his job. It's unfortunate that dealerships like this one don't put people first. In this example they failed because the sale wasn't as easy as taking money away from the consumer.

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!

Creech Chevrolet service department is the absolute best. We are from Indiana and was going to what we thought was a fun weekend at Black Mountain Off road park when our brakes went out on our truck (Not fun coming down those big mountain hills towing a side by side) We had it towed to Creech and they got it right in and fixed the brake line within a few hours and we had the truck back!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!! I would recommend your service department for sure. The invoice says Technician 310 Great Job!

We had a great experience with Jarrod at Trice Hughes. I called to ensure they had the vehicle we were interested in and he made sure he had it pull up front for us. He was close enough for questions, but wasn’t hovering as we talked about the vehicle and tried out features. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though he was very busy, he always made sure we were doing ok. Anna made the paperwork process very quick. It was the best car buying experience we’ve had and will definitely be recommending them to others!

I haven't purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I don't even live in Kentucky. A family member (who does own a Buick) was visiting in the London area and had an accident on a Saturday. She did not know anyone in the town and due to the wreck, was w/o a car. The folks at Tincher Williams dealership helped her with all of her problems and made it possible for her to return home safely (several hours away). If they are this kind and helpful, to accommodate a total stranger to the extent that they did, wow, the service they provide to one of their own customers, must be awesome!
