Buying process was made simple and negotiation was reasonable and to straight forward. I work with Gene Simmons as my sales consultant and Mike Meriwether as my finance manager. They were both fantastic and made the process simple yet thorough. I would highly recommend them both and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market! I would like to personally say Casey at Everett Chevy in Hickory is definitely your salesman to shop with, from the start Casey made me feel comfortable with my buying experience keeping my needs in mind in what I was looking for in a vehicle. He has a great personality and knowledge of cars and the market. Since most people don’t like going to dealerships since they feel like they get played or scammed I felt very comfortable shopping here no gimmicks straight to the point he made you feel like he was getting this car personally for you with no tricks. Also I recommend taking a ride in the golf cart for a tour of the lot he will definitely make you enjoy your visit to Everett, I definitely will be buying my future vehicles through him. My wife and I have been in search of a new Yukon XL. The dealership reached out to us based on a GM finance application we filled out online. Again, the dealership reached out to us. Not we reached out to them. They presented us a 2023 Yukon XL, we pulled our GM Employee discount code, ran numbers and ran a hard credit pull with our Credit Union. We confirmed to the sales person we wanted the car. And they later informed us that they had someone in person “running numbers”. To which they ended up selling it to the other customer. I feel suckered, cheated and played. They played both sides of the tables, and which I feel is extremely poor business practice.

Arrived at 9:30 a.m. for 10:00 a.m. appt to have thermostat ($223.92) installed on 2019 Acadia. At 11:40 a.m.told cost over $1000.00 and approximately 2 hrs. labor. Did I want it done. At 5:00 p.m. job was completed. Not Happy!!

I want express my appreciation to the Flow GM team I worked with recently to purchase a Certified Used 2020 Ford Explorer. I had the pleasure to work with Todd Millroy, Charles Walker and John Spradlin. Everyone was courteous, professional, thoughtful and very easy to work with from start to finish. We began our communication over text and worked with Todd the sales manager over the phone. We had some difficulties along the way getting approved but eventually was pre approved with our own bank. We traveled an hour to get to the dealership. We were met by Charles upon arriving who let us test drive the vehicle and come back to begin the paperwork process. Let me note it was late in the day probably 20 minutes before the dealership closed all employees still willing to work with us no matter the time that it was. During the process however our bank took back the approval we spent 3 hours trying to work this issue out eventually speaking with a VP from our bank to approve of the loan. It was around 11:30PM when we were all said and done and got to leave with our Explorer. John and Charles stayed the whole time with us and overall made the situation much better regardless of the outcome those guys deserve more than a thank you for taking that time to stay over that long until we figured out a resolution. Needless to say even after dealing with our bank which is not the dealerships or any employees fault this was an awesome buying experience overall. The pricing on the New Vehicle and the Trade In was truly fair. I’m very glad to have had this transaction with the team there and again a huge thank you to Charles Walker and John Spradlin! Awesome job to you both and keeping a calm demeanor despite the time and issues we were having.

Horrible customer service. They have had my truck in the service department over a week and have not communicated anything to me. I have called and left messages and gotten no return calls? Should I report it stolen? I will warn everyone to stay away.

Just purchased a certified used Equinox on July 8,2022. Had a brake problem 28 days latter. Contacted dealership, took vehicle in for repair. Everything was covered under warranty, with no charge to us at all. They even gave my wife a car to drive so she wouldn't have to set around the dealership while repairs were being made. Awesome customer service!! The quality of the repairs were great and all personal were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend dealership if in the market for a new or used vehicle. A special shout out to Vince Brown, Alex Knight and Chris Williams. Thanks again!!

Worst new vehicle purchase ever. Purchased February 26th its April 20th and still no tags. Numerous phone calls and no answer as to why. In the meantime I get to look at my new truck in the driveway. Finally they gave up and sending me the information so I have to go get my own tags. It was delivered to me filthy and no one cared. All they wanted was the sale. What a horrible way to run a business.

Coby, our salesman, was wonderful. Our main complaint: We made an appointment to see the car we were interested in and had seen in an email from the dealership (We live in Greenville, S.C. ~ 2 hours & 15 minutes away). The morning of our visit, we received a call from the dealership in Morganton, NC confirming our appointment time. When we arrived, however, we found the car was NOT there and had been driven that morning to their Everett dealership in HICKORY, NC with no notification to us before we arrived. After several calls by the staff, we were driven to the Hickory dealership then had to drive Back to the Morganton dealership to complete our purchase. Again, Coby was Very helpful, as were others at the Morganton Dealership. I was a bit put-off by having to pay a $599.00 "Proc/Doc Fee" which was just a dealership profit fee according to a salesperson and could not be removed. Also, even though we paid with actual cash, we did not receive the Title until 13 days later. They did, however, wash the vehicle and filled the gas tank for us. None-the-less, we were overall pleased and would use this dealership again in the future.

Yeah they tried to sell me what they could, that is their job, but what really impressed me was how they kept working for me after I signed on the dotted line. I was in an out with my new vehicle (exactly what I wanted) in one afternoon and they called me back the next day because they made a mistake and ended up redoing the paperwork and saving us $25 dollars a month on the payment. The promised us a second key, and I came in on the day, they knew I was coming, were right on it and treated me like they were genuinely glad I was there. Kash greeted me in the waiting room and asked if I was happy with the van so far and I would honestly seek him out next time I need a vehicle. I have been looking for a dealership that treated me like they wanted me to be a customer, and so far they have done a wonderful job. I see no reason to ever go to another dealership.
