We called all the dealerships in Oregon + Washington and each and every single one of them where charging $20-$40K over MSRP on there Cadillac Escalades. For us that was a big big NO! They were pushy to sell my wife and I a truck. We came in see what our rate/payment would be. 3 weeks after buying the truck, the check engine light came on and I'm unsure what the issue is. After looking at the window sticker of the pickup I bought back in June, thinking I was paying the total vehicle price and compared it to the retail buyer's order.. Huge price difference! Do not go to this dealer. They will lie and cheat you on price. Go elsewhere.

Purchased a vehicle from them. Being out of State, the transaction and delivery were great. But, the after care from the dealer is horrible. I asked them to have the delivery driver bring all the title docs with him, they didn't. The Oregon temp is going to expire and still no docs, and all I get is the run around from the dealer. At the least, they could have overnight the docs. Now I run the risk of getting a ticket for the expired temp. I will take the salesman to small claims court to recover the cost if I receive tickets. Out of state buyers beware.

I have purchased two cars from Roe Motors and have never been more pleased with my experience at a dealership! They are amazing and go above and beyond! Especially for their return customers! My husband and I have had the pleasure of being helped by Trish Thoman, she sold us our first car we purchased from them. It was a 2011 Toyota Camerey which was in perfect condition. We had it for 2 years, it was a great family car and we never ever had a problem with it! Grant Bryan sold us our second car. It's a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. It is also in absolute perfect condition and has every feature I could ever imagine, seriously it's loaded! They always call you to make sure everything is going well after your purchase, and send you a wonderful gift box full of goodies. Every year we get cards from Trish! And they always remind you when it's time to service your car! We also had the pleasure of working with Lori Bouquet (absolutely adore her!), Kim McDonald, and Zack Morris all who work in sales. We absolutely love every single person we have met there! That is saying something when it comes to car sales! They are never pushy and really just want you to be happy and feel completely comfortable with your purchase! They made customers for life with us! I love love love my new Lincoln! Took my 2020 Silverado to Gary Gruner to have a switch replaced and computer recalibrated after another dealership put oversized tires on the truck and failed to recalibrate the computer. The service manager, Tony Denny said the software that to be downloaded from GM to recalibrate the computer. After about 5 hours, Tony told me it might be awhile and gave me a loaner car and asked me to come back the next day. The download took 24 hours. Tony apologized for the delay and discounted the fee for the recalibration. The switch was replaced and I was on the road. This service is what I expected from a dealership and will continue to give them my business.

I called ahead and scheduled an oil change; upon my return from a pleasant walk about; I discovered the service man saw my note to self on the dash to replace the rear brake lights- which I forgot to tell them about, but purchased on the walkabout. They had completed the oil Change just as I returned and offered to install the bulbs I had in hand! How sweet was that! The Oil Change was so comprehensive - and the service was so helpful; I immediately scheduled my next visit! Thank you Krys for your helpful service!
