Sales is great. Service is terrible to work with. Appointments are useless (still have to drop off). Having to drop off even for a scheduled appointment is the most Service is terrible to work with. Excellent customer service support. The man that I was assigned to wasn't there when I arrived at 7:30 am but another customer service support member checked me in, instead of making m The man that I was assigned to wasn't there when I arrived at 7:30 am but another customer service support member checked me in, instead of making me wait for the other team member. She was very knowledgeable, caring, friendly early in the morning. Called for my ride back home, which arrived 6 mins later. I was advised it would take between 5-6 hrs. I got my car back in 3 hrs AWESOME JOB I only had (1) car key My car was returned with (2) key's All at zero charge!!! Thank you!!! I will return to purchase a car !!! More
