On a road trip and motor started vibrating something fierce. Dropped in to Frazier HD on a Monday morning and drew Chisom, a Master tech who test rode it, asked a ton of history questions including where I had last fueled and then got to work. He worked with ESP and changed the motor mounts and compensator and corrected a mistake made on my brakes by a different dealer. All in ONE afternoon. This dealership gets it.
