I will never buy a bike here just based on the overall customer service. Their service and parts departments are awful. This is the only shop I know of that you take something in for repair and get it back in worse condition than when you dropped it off. Their parts department staff are clueless too. I keep giving them another chance because I live 10 minutes away but nothing has improved through three owners over the nearly 30 years I've been going there. I finally gave up for good. I'll drive or ride 2 or 3 hours before I go here for anything anymore.

I live in Traverse city. I tried contacting this dealer multiple times, with no response. I was looking to buy a 2022 ZX10R or order one if I needed to (paying cash.) They never returned my emails or attempted to contact me. So I ended up calling a dealer in Dearborn Heights that had one available and they even delivered it to my house. Just some advice to maybe contact potential buyers in the future. I'm sure I'm not the last sale that's going to be lost due to lack of motivation.
