The Sales Consultant Bill was helpful but was just hooking my trade and selling a new bike which is almost two years old for just 37,500. The bike cost 43,000. But yet they have a use one with 3,000 miles for 38,500. How ducking stupid is that. For almost a two year old bike. That should be way less. It’s just sitting on showroom floor. Then he’s going to tell me that tier 1 credit is a 10.99 apr. like really do I look stupid? I’m a 787 credit score and I’m paying 2.99 apr for a 100,000 car. I’m financing under 50,000 and going to tell me 10.99 apr. Then got the nerve to say I can go shop around if I don’t like it. How is that customer service? You suppose to earn customer business. I’ve spent money in that store and have a Harley credit card. I will let me bike club know not to give them business agin. It’s bizarre that even my club spend money and going to hook my trade and make just in rate mark up almost 5,000. Just taking from the public blind. Barbs Harley lost my business and the business of my associates. And I will be telling my friend to let Barb know how unfairly I was treated.
