In the service department & Jarrell. I came in at 5:30 which is normally the time they are trying to get out of there & they stayed to help me. Chris said when I stressed he stressed with me. Was stranded on the side of the road trying to figure out where to tow my Honda after a fender bender. I called the service department and was told the manager would call me back within 15 min. An hour later they still hadn’t called, so I called them again and was put on hold for 15 min. They were rude and told me they couldn’t work on it without even knowing the specific issue. Really glad I didn’t have it taken there now after I read all the poor reviews. *Also, Honda roadside assistance never showed up to tow us. After they told me someone would be there in 120 minutes, I waited over two hours in the hot Sun with my daughter only for them to call me back and tell me there is no one in my area that can tow me. No one in Dothan? After a google search, I found someone to come tow me to their repair shop, and they were there in thirty minutes. So Honda roadside is is worthless.

I was called mid morning with an update on the service work and was told that the actual cost would be less than the estimated amount. This is always good news. The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. Charges were explained in detail and I was given an opportunity to ask questions or express any concerns I might have. I always feel like I’m treated as a valued customer at King Honda.

Just car shopping Honda Fit and Civic. Stopped at Grissom and talked with salesperson Lisa Fornes. She spent a lot of time with us, checked every question we asked, we took both cars on test rides over all kinds of roads from city to highway, potholes, backroads, etc. We got a great sample of how both vehicles handled (they are very different) Very attentive and friendly, Lisa really represented this dealership (and Honda) well! We haven't purchased yet, but hope if we choose Honda that we can work the deal with Lisa at Grisson.

The service department at McConnell is amazing! It is very clean, is well organized, has comfy chairs, and has free coffee and bottled drinks. All the employees are friendly, and they do NOT “push” customers to purchase unnecessary maintenance services. And the service manager (Pat) goes above and beyond to keep his customers satisfied.
