My little cousin went came in with all intentions of - Kody
My little cousin went came in with all intentions of purchasing a vehicle. We found the car we liked and got to working the numbers, after reviewing the figures we noticed that there was an addendum on the car for a "Desert Protection Package" that includes Premium Window Tint, Door Edge guards, Lifetime Nitrogen and Premier Theft for a very clearly stated "Total additions not included in MSRP of $2890. They then explained that there was an incentive to finance with the dealership of a $1000. When reviewing the numbers, we noticed that they tacked on $2890 + the $995 again, when we called them out on it, they fixed it only to have the $1000 "finance rebate" to disappear. We spoke to the a couple of managers, and got hung up on when we started to make too much sense with why $1000 kept disappearing. The Sales Managers basically told us to go pound sand and have a good day. I understand the market conditions, and understand this Package includes A LOT of mark up that I was prepared to handle if it made sense. However, the management team instead chose to throw my cousin out and hung up on me for catching them trying to hide the additional $1000. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF YOU'VE REACH THE RIGHT PLACE. 0 CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER, 0 LEVEL OF RESPECT, AND SHADY AS SHADE CAN BE. If the General Manager is reading this, I hope you call me instead of one of the gentlemen that introduced themselves as Brandon, most disrespectful conversations that I've had with a manager in the 10 years that I've been in the same business.
