I was glad I was able to transfer the deposit I put down to repair my old car, towards a deposit on the new vehicle instead. That really sealed the deal. Kate called me and asked if I would rather use that money towards a new vehicle. I did consider it and it made more sense to put that money towards something new. She really went out of her way to assist me.

Best car purchase experience ever. We were set on an Atlas but thought we’d check out the Pilot before we bought just in case. We got there at 6:30 and left with our new pilot at 8:30, the entire staff was very professional and knowledgeable about their product (something we didn’t experience at VW) it was a low pressure and easy setting, even with a newborn who tagged along for the fun.
