I have been a buyer at this honda and consumer of services there for nearly a decade. This year, I returned as a repeat buyer to seek to purchase an Odyssey. While the staff are very nice, the facility is clean, the naked price gouging in the current market is distasteful. As a customer who bought 3 times over a decade looking to stay loyal and return for another new car, that relationship is not valued by the dealership. After some back and forth over a new vehicle, the Honda sales represented disclosed that all new vehicles were being sold for MSRP plus a $2500 market adjustment fee. I am disappointed - years of customer loyalty, service, knowingly buying the Hondacare and other pricey and profitable options all thrown away because in the immediate market they are prioritizing short term dollars over customers.

Terrible experience. Drove up from Colorado Springs to see odyssey. As I’m sitting down to buy the vehicle, the manager walks up and says that they just sold the car to someone else. Unprofessional not courteous at all-and they didn’t care that I drove up to buy the car. They said too bad.

Great experience at Markley, entirely due to Andrew Martinez in Service. He went out of his way to help with my navigation system concerns. He also made sure we could use Apple CarPlay. It’s far superior for navigation than the built in Garmin system.
