Michael Harris has been my Service Advisor since I bought my Honda in Maarch 2022. He is always very helpful whenever I have a question and then my first service visit he explained everything and made sure I was aware of what I was entitled.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Roger explained the additional work very clearly and even asked if I wanted to come out to my car to see where the rodent(s) built a nest. On second thought, after the car had been serviced, I asked Roger to see where the nest had been so that I could check and see if there was any evidence in the future of more trouble. He showed me and offered a solution to keeping rodents away, as well. It's nice to come to your service department waiting area as is it is always clean, and everyone is pleasant and welcoming. Thank you.
