My wife and I were blown away by the honesty of this dealership. We like to do our research so once we knew that we wanted an Odyssey we were calling around to all the dealerships within a 200 mile radius with the best deals on this model. We prayed about it and when we ran our search Langsdale Honda popped up first because it is right down the road. We kept searching and found many deals that were slightly better, but when we called and asked for an out of the door price all these “better” deals turned out to be much worse. We were shocked by the added fees. Langdale’s fees were few and well explained. Reggie Garland reached out and gave us the exact amount the vehicle would cost. He was a pleasure to work with. He was so helpful. I think he probably could have helped several more customers that day, but instead focused just on us. It was also refreshing to see a man who is bold and unashamed of his faith. The car was great too, Reggie provided a report of all the maintenance items and checks that were performed on the vehicle. This company didn’t just detail and sell vehicles. Out of an abundance of caution, we still took the vehicle to an outside mechanic during our test drive. The only thing mentioned was that the brakes and rotors needed replacing. The mechanic gave us a quote which we took back to Langdale. Despite having reservations about the recommendation (because they had already had the car checked), the manager did not argue and instead took an extra $500 off the total price. Billy was fun and knowledgeable. He obviously knew how to deal with the peculiarities of a military individual. If I could make any recommendations for the store it would be to find a way to shade the show room floor. The giant windows face the sun all afternoon which turn the entire area into a greenhouse. I feel bad for the workers, like Reggie, who have to swelter in show room area. The back was quite cool and refreshing. At one point we were taken to the waiting area and given some cold water which was very much appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was honest and the process was smooth and effortless. I also like to think that we made a new friend, which is so much better than any vehicle.

I have always talked to Tot Ingrahm he is very kind..Today i met Joey Bruce he explained everything to me about my car problems and went above expectations very nice man...Thank you to mechanic i know it was a tough day for you you are awesome thank you for your good work they are blessed to have you....anyone reading this this dealership has always treated me fair.. OUT of this world customer service!! The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in without notice. The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! Definitely a dealership I trust with my Honda Odyssey maintenance.

The Dealership was very clean and neat. The bathroom was spotless. The staff met me at my car and assisted me inside, by holding the door open for me. I had made a service appointment and they were on time with no waiting. The service on my car was completed in less than an hour. Everything was explained in detail on the Inspection Checklist.

I maintain all of my dad's cars while he's overseas and was being contacted by GPH for a service visit for my dad's two-door honda accord. Mikel got me scheduled for routine maintenance visit/oil change and I was in and out in little time at all. The car has very low mileage, and goes extended periods without needing servicing, but I appreciate the swift, courteous and thorough service I receive from GPH. Wouldn't take the car to any other service center.

Never buy car from this place. Yesterday I tried to buy a honda CRV 2019 from hennessy honda of woodstock GA. online price is $26897. how much do you think it will cost me after tax and title. they said 34K. they want to add some device into that car that cost around $4000. ever after adding that device its 34K out the door price including price and title fee. then they added dealership fees into it. if you are a good bargainer then only go to this place and buy the car from here, otherwise don't go there. be safe.

I was trying to find 2023 Honda HRV and Cody was salesperson I met at Ed Voyles Honda. When I visited dealership, car I wanted suddenly became available and Cody did great job helping this deal happen. All credit to Cody for great sales work and customer service. When you finish with salesperson then you are moving to office where usually things go downhill where there pushing you to purchase extended service and sale you things you didn’t really want. Also, dealership ignore MSRP and increase price for $8000 more than MRSP. So, I didn’t get good deal, because they want good deal for them. At least, I got car I was looking for.

I visited the dealership in December for regular maintenance. I received two services, an oil change and a 15 point inspection. I was told I needed tires. However I knew my tires were still in excellent condition because I hadn't driven my car in two years due to working from home while Covid was happening. (My car less than 4 years old and had less than 20,00 miles on it.) I said no thank you, but they performed a tire rotation anyway. When I came to pick up my car, they had changed out my tires. I purposely had my tires marked so front tires that I drove off the premises with had clearly been changed. They wanted to force me to get 4 tires for almost $1000.00 dollars. I went to another business and got the same high quality tires replaced for much less. I won't be back to the Conyers Honda service center. They do very shady business. If you do. Mark your stuff and take pics first before you turn your car over to them.
