We have bought many new cars in our years, but never been treated at any dealership like we have at Zimmerman Honda. We had a 2 year old car that we had serviced by a dealer down the street. Nothing wrong with the car, but we got spoiled but the great car buying experience and the service after the purchase is great. This is our third new Honda. And we love it. We have sent many friends their way. Thank you!

My car was not able to be functional til October 8th the team at honda was very understanding. One person caught my attention, and that is Terrance Harrell. When he and I were talking, and he found out I have no car I have to wait 30 minutes to 45 minutes just to get a ride. He volunteered and dropped me off at his apartment. I am very thankful and cannot thank him enough for what he did.

Great customer service and follow up! The service team quickly identified the problem and fixed it, a week later though we needed to bring the CRV back in because it was leaking oil. They quickly fixed the problem.

As web site said, you do not need an appointment for a oil change and they would “get you in and out quickly. I drove 20 minutes, went to the express service and was told it would be at least 2 or 3 hours. I said unacceptable. The manager came out and said they had stopped that service and it was not in their web site. I found it and showed it to him. He thanked me and said he would correct the web site. So my visit accomplished them promising to fix their web site, me wasting an hour of my time, no offer to change the oil as advertised, and me taking my business elsewhere. Totally unsatisfied. Manager’s solution was fixing the web site and he absolutely didn’t care about the customer, me.

Pasquale de Rosa is the most rude sales person I’ve ever encountered. He was incredibly rude through text message and when I called him he cussed me out and asked “are you familiar with this sound?” And hung up on me. If I could give no stars I would. I have never been disrespected like that in my life. I understand there is a shortage of vehicles but you shouldn’t disrespect your potential customers that way.

Not only a good dealership, a good member of the community. They have fair, upfront pricing that matches what is expected based upon on-line recommendations. Their staff communicates well, are efficient and attentive. In the process of buying a new car or getting my new car serviced there has not been anything that was unexpected or handled poorly. They are mature in their dealings and fair in their pricing compared to other dealerships. Their service department has a policy of having trainees working with experienced mechanics, which brings out the best in both. Of any dealership we've dealt with, we like Serra the best.
