My Honda was struck by lightning 6 weeks ago! I towed it to Team Honda where service advisor Patrick and master technician Jeremy carefully diagnosed & tested my car. They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand what was going on from a service standpoint. Patrick was extremely efficient in keeping me up to date by phone calls and text messages. Not once did I have to call to check on the status or costs associated with my car. Master tech Jeremy even helped me retrieve my personal items from my car when he saw me outside piling them up. In the end they gave me news I didnt want to hear, but their honesty ultimately led me over to Derrick and David in the sales department. They wasted no time starting the sales process for me so that I could get back on the road ASAP! The sales staff were all very kind and professional. They made me feel comfortable by answering all of my many questions along the way. Before i knew it, I was in finance with Anthony signing the paperwork on my new car and on a great deal he gave me for a top of the line 4 year warranty! The peace of mind that gives me is priceless! In the end, they didnt break the bank! I got a great deal on another car that is newer, has less mileage. AND a 4 year warranty! The entire experience overall was nothing short of excellent! They turned my unfortunate experience and the dread I felt over having to buy another car unexpectedly, into one that was fun, easy and ultimately put me in a much better position overall. I worked in a service department for many years. It's the kind of job that keeps you super busy all day. Most people that walk in don't want to be there in the first place because it's very difficult to be without a vehicle or to take off of work and wait while repairs are being done. When you truly know the process, it can in a way, make a customer like me even more difficult to deal with. I can honestly say that all staff members I dealt with literally exceeded all of my expectations. I will remain a Team Honda customer for life! #WHOS NEXT?
