Sean was calming and I didn't feel stressed or pressured. When he delivered the car, it was windy and cold. Sean took the time to do a few last minute details (outside in the cold). The kind of person I'd recommend buying a car from.

Could not be more pleased with our purchase experience. Starting with our sales consultant, Terry Askin, to the entire team. The most smooth car buying experience ever. When they said something would be done or ready it was. Signing the finance papers took about a half hour, a record in my book. Terry was also extremely thorough in demonstrating all of the cars bells and whistles. Will definitely be back in the future.

It was Cesar who took my call when I wanted to make an appointment for a battery replacement and oil change service. He was very engaging to my issues and was able to book a time for me right away. Before the service began, he explained to me and my husband what services are recommended, and also the type of battery it is, and why it died at this time. He was very respectful taking our decisions of picking up certain services while dropping other recommended services. He also checked my account/contract and seek for any saving opportunity. When we picked up the car a few hours later, he also explained to us item by item thoroughly and patiently. All in all, we are very happy with Cesar's service. He is very professional, respectful, and friendly! Good job, Cesar!

I had a 9am service appointment. I was told it would be about a 90 minute wait. Seemed long but I accepted it. After 90 minutes, I asked when my vehicles would be done. I was told it was “third in line”. It had even been taken back yet!! I took my keys and left. Never again.

On a rainy Christmas eve, as everyone was eager to get home, I begged the parts technician to remain open so I might pick up floor mats for a 2015 Honda CRV. Driving from Easton, and across the bridge, I knew I would be a little beyond the 4PM scheduled closing. At 4PM I called again, less than 10 minutes away. He again agreed to wait. The mats were the highlight of Christmas, as no other dealer nor outlet had them. Thank You so very much for your help and customer service (invoice #41159)

Always double check with another dealership before accepting service bill. They’ll add on services that you don’t need. Recently they told me I needed a transmission flush when I didn’t. Service tech told me the transmission fluid is dirty when he didn’t even look at the fluid. (He admitted after I told him I had the fluid flush and changed 3 weeks ago) He originally told me he looked at the fluid and it was dirty. That was a lie. Martin Romero - very disrespectful and doesn’t have customer service. Waived me off. The manager, Ralph Dykes was too busy to help. He brushed off my complaint. Most of you just accept the service bill as is. You should not. Always double check. To add, they told a lady who drives a 2021 HRV not to use regular gas. Yikes.

I can say I wasn't the best at knowing what I wanted. Instead of these gentlemen becoming upset or rude they were the complete opposite.
