We met with Cody on Friday afternoon and drove out with a new car on Saturday. I don't think anyone can expect better service than that. I greatly appreciated that Cody didn't try to sell us something that we couldn't afford. I told him my monetary limits, and that's exactly what he delivered. That was a new experience for me! I was also impressed with Cody's knowledge of the Honda product line. He was just as familiar with the 15 year old car that we traded in as he was with the 2023 car that we leased. Thirdly, Cody was especially patient in teaching us "seniors" (I hate that term) how all the gee-whiz features on our new car worked. He spent at least an hour with us on our new car lesson. It feels good to be treated like you're valued and special. Ocean Honda's only about a mile away from me in Weymouth but I prefer Honda of Plymouth anyday.

In addition to his wealth of knowledge---he kept things light by keeping us laughing during what is usually a very painful process. He made it fun and we are very grateful to him for it. We could've gotten our Odyssey for less money (not much less) at another dealer---but Bob was worth the few extra dollars we spent. Shopping for a new vehicle is stressful for a reason. It's a big financial commitment, and since we spend so much time in our cars, getting the right vehicle at the right price is important -- especially in today's financial climate. Unfortunately, buying a car is not as straightforward as buying groceries. With that being said, I had an INCREDIBLE experience at Route 128 Honda. I knew what I could afford, but I wasn't sure if I could make the Ridgeline I wanted work within the budget I had. John, Sebastian, and Dan literally would not let me leave until I got the deal I wanted. Once that happened, Mark and Chad in finance made putting pen to paper easy. It was a pleasure talking to each of them, so much so that if I could not have made a Ridgeline work financially, sticking with them and buying a different Honda within my budget would've been a no-brainer. I am looking forward to not needing a new vehicle for a long, long time, but if for some reason I should find myself on the market for a car sooner rather than later, I would not hesitate to give Route 128 Honda my business.

After years and years of dreading the process, I came to Ocean Honda and Daniel, and it has been a completely satisfying experience each time. He is a complete professional and works to do all he can to find me the deal I can accept. I've never felt he was doing anything but working on my behalf. I've read some reviews here and am convinced it's all about finding the right salesperson. Ask for Daniel. I was in and out in 2 hours with a deal I had hope for. I forgot about that. Service advisor Mark was a fine employee and very easy to deal with. 10 stars for the whole dealership.
