We had a pleasant purchase experience at Luther Hopkins Honda. Catarino was patient with us over several visits and test drives. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells, making sure all of our questions were answered. He clearly enjoys cars, and enjoys Honda. Setting up financing went smoothly. Edward found a better rate than we had from our own credit union - we are very pleased. This is our second purchase from Luther Hopkins Honda - the excellent service provided by Catarino and Edward will bring us back the next time we are shopping for a vehicle.

Can't say enough on how great I was treated by Josh and Garrett. Initially I dealt with Brian, but the day I had planned to drive down from the metro to get the car, he was called away for NG duty, so Josh helped me out and did a great job. This was honestly the most positive experience that I've had at any dealership. I put a deposit on the Accord back in late June and it arrived in early August. I checked out other Honda dealers in the metro (Brookdale, Hopkins and Richfield) and I didn't care for any of them and Brookdale had a $3000 markup on Accords.

He connected with me within minutes of my vehicle request going live, was very straight-forward with details, availability, vehicle information with links to CarFax, vehicle history, many photo's, VIN#, and financing options. He did not pressure me at all like other dealers were while I continued to cross-check other cars at other dealerships, but kept me advised of current vehicle status and options via a gentle email. After being hassled, mislead and run through the wringer during my workdays, I'd had enough and spoke again with Terry. As before, he was calm and helpful to provide access to vehicle stock and options. In the process of closing the deal now!

They were able to perform the exact work that I requested without issues or unnecessary work being added on. I was in an out within an hour and back on the road. I recently worked with Connor Bowman to buy a Honda Civic Type R from Mills Honda and was absolutely amazed by my experience! This car has a limited production and there had been stories of price gouging, changing agreement terms, etc. Mills Honda didn't get greedy and sold the car to me at a very reasonable price. They honored the terms of my deposit even when several others called after trying to acquire the vehicle. Connor was always more than happy to answer any of my questions or concerns. He was always very prompt at responding back and made me feel much more comfortable with the sale. Upon arrival at the dealership I was warmly welcomed. While waiting for my car to be ready Matt Anderson, the general manager, took the time to talk to me. Finishing the financing paperwork with Danny Sargent was a breeze. Connor went over all the instrumentation of vehicle and made me feel comfortable with it. At the end of the sale the whole team that was working that day gathered to congratulate me. I really couldn't have asked for a single thing more. This dealership and it's team makes you feel like family. I absolutely can not recommend them enough and will definitely give them my business again, regardless of the trip I need to make, in the future.
