What an excellent experience my daughter and I had buying her brand new 2022 Honda Pilot Black Edition from Underriner! We did so because of a simple phone call we made to them on a Saturday, and a superlative Product Representative (salesperson) named Joe Scheffelman answered the phone and treated us like royalty right out of the blocks and throughout the entire experience. Joe is consummately knowledgeable and resourceful -- a total "can-do" guy! He made the experience positive and exciting from start to finish and went the extra mile in every way. This gentleman has absolute integrity. Everything he said he would do, he did, and every step of the process he described in advance happened just as he had said. Thank you Underriner Honda for having Product Specialists of the high caliber of Joe Scheffelman. I have had nothing but issues with the EXTREMELY unprofessional service department. My certified 2017 civic has put my life in danger multiple times in the first year and the service staff takes 0 responsibility. I had a full inspection done and not even 2 weeks later I had parts falling off my car on the interstate. They tried to say it was my fault, but I don't even drive this car because of what a nightmare it is. They refused to replace the part in question, and denied me a receipt to prove anything. I've tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone about taking this car back and they've all ignored me. I will never purchase another Honda, a typically great car, just because of these experiences. I would greatly appreciate if someone would just take this car back. I don't want it, I don't need it, and I don't want a replacement; just take it back.

2018 Honda Ridgeline, 38734 miles - Requested an oil change only. They did an unrequested complimentary Multi-Point Inspection where they failed several items. Several items passed, coolant, washer fluid(claimed to refill or top off). Both of which were not even touched because I added a gallon of washer fluid and am buying the coolant to bring the level up to minimum. Due to the current weather it took me a day to inspect what they claimed to check off. I also pulled the oil dipstick to discover the oil was as dirty as prior to their claim to have changed it, plus it smelled like fuel. I have an understanding why that might occur but only a day after the service, it's a strong indicator that nothing had been done. The current weather here in Montana was below freezing so I was not able to see if the oil filter was new. I suspect not and am having another reputable local auto service shop check and confirm my suspicions! I tried to contace the service manager but as of yet, no response. I have serious reservations about recommending this dealers service to anyone and will never do business with this dealship.
