The service department is friendly, fast and convenient, but every time I go there they inspect the whole car (which I did not ask them to do) and suggest a ton of expensive repairs. Last week I had a simple oil change and they told me I need $2,000+ of additional work. I think we all expect that from a dealership, I will go to my trusted mechanic for a second opinion.

Honest Honda Dealership. Today pouring rain when I drive and heard uncomfortable noise from front wiper, I stopped by metro Honda and call for service, at the same time my appointment was made, this quick! I like service department staff Mr. Nicholas Newman who is very professional and courteous. He listened to my concern carefully and drove my car to technician to find out what is causing the noises from wiping, finally my old front wiper rubber blades replaced, i only paid the parts $28.08 and wiper install is free no charge, now my car front wipers no noises at all and I am totally satisfied with the service.

I have had my vehicles serviced at Sussex Honda for over 10 years this past weekend my experience was even greater then normal. I made the appointment knowing that the car would need to be dropped off but then had something unexpected come up that I could not miss. I was able to quickly drop off and get on with the day, my vehicle was completed quicker than I expected. When i was able to pick up everything was ready to go. My vehicle drives better than it has in a few years. If you have a honda I highly recommen them, rhey get you an appointment quickly and get the work done, I have never been upsold for more than the car actually needed. Even at those time the service advisors would let me know what was most important and it was not just the most expensive item that was listed. We have had mutiple honda though this shop and have never been disappointed!

I have requested them to look for rear seat problem and they charged me 140 for diagnostic fees without even checking it. Post service I insisted that I want to test it they said they did not know it is rear seat because it was not written in paper. They just focus on money not service so won’t go there again.

If I could give Davis Honda six stars I would. I found the truck I was looking for at their dealership on cars.com. As I live in New Orleans, I was negotiating over the phone. I could not have been more pleased with the phone negotiations. My sales agent, Victor Vasques-Herrera was completely professional, very well composed. He never rushed me at all and he explained thoroughly the complex tax situation as I would be registering my vehicle in Louisiana. After putting down a $2500 deposit to hold the vehicle, I booked a flight to Newark. From there I caught a train to Trenton, then light rail to Burlington. Victor picked me up at the Burlington depot. How kind is that! The transaction took a few hours as there were two purchases being handled in front of mine. The entire transaction was utterly professional and friendly. The back office of the dealership took care of paying the taxes to Louisiana and securing both my Louisiana registration and new license plates. I could not have asked for a better more satisfying vehicle buying experience. Thank you Victor and thanks to the entire Davis Honda team. I am so pleased. LeDoux Provosty
