Adrien Trumpler was extraordinary. He carefully and methodically walked us through the advantages of our new (to us) Honda Civic. He listened to our questions, and answered them in a thoughtful and professional manner. He is by far the best auto salesman we’ve ever met. At the end of the process, he turned us over to Desk Managed Mikes Bedford who treated us with the same professional manner. All in all, we think Honda of New Rochelle has set a high bar for performance and these two gentlemen made it.

Our first visit to Mariano Rivera Honda. John Turano greeted us upon arrival for routine service on our ‘22 CRV.. We settled into their spacious lounge and were immediately welcomed by David Barber. David took time with us even though we said we were very happy with our newly leased CRV. He explained the current Honda exchange program and offered to show us their ‘23 CRV with updated features. We came in for Service and may have a new CRV thanks to David Barber. Incredible overall experience with Service and Sales! We’ll be back.

Jerry Lancaster was very helpful, him and the head of the shop took time to listen understand the issue and resolved it. i went to Paragon Honda who did not and who, I told them it was an electrical issue why the car was not passing the NY state inspection Parago had a scam that would have costed more than $300.00. Valley Stream listen found out it was the battery that was under warranty. Jerry and the head of the shop (sorry i forgot his name) made a customer for all my service needs.

As in the past, he facilitated the service for my car, which took no longer than expected. They topped off the fluids in addition to what I'd requested. The excellent service at this dealership is the main reason I've bought my cars there for decades.

Had a 2023 Honda Civic hatchback sport 6 speed MT for $26,240. With useless dealer add on (smart shield, and honda pro pack (spash guard, locking lug nuts, and mats) , it drove the price up another $1600. The vehicle has not yet arrived from the factory, i asked to not include the dealee add ons. They didnt call back. As consumers, we neeed to stop buying from dealerships who engage in these practices to have them stop.
