I'm not sure of the Manager's name but the salesman was very patient, understanding and helpful in explaining things to me as I am in my 70's and and don't do well with electronics. All together, I couldn't have ask for a more pleasant and efficient experience in buying a car. Will definitely recommend Vann York in Hight Point to anyone looking for a car.

However, I experienced a "first" of online buying and business when I worked with John O'Connor to help my brother and sister-n-law purchase a vehicle! My brother lives in the area and I live in another state. John took the time to understand the need, what we were working with and quickly discovered three options. After selecting the one we thought would be a fit, his team delivered the vehicle to my brother/sister-n-law to their home so they could have the same experience of checking it out as if they were at the dealership. I spent a entire week trying to purchase a new Passport Elite and had no luck finding one so I started looking at the certified preowned ones. I was in contact with dealers from Miami to Jacksonville just trying to buy one of the ones they had advertised at the price they had them advertised for. All of them had ridiculous hidden fees, everything from $400 for nitrogen to $1500 for a lojack system. Fortunately I found a Passport Touring AWD CPO here at Sanford Honda. I called and was lucky to get Junior on the other end. He straight up told me exactly the cost to the penny. I drove in about 730pm on a Friday night and drove out in my new Passport about 30 minutes later. It was the quickest and simplest deal Ive ever made on a car. No BS, no dragging, no high pressure pitches. They were all very professional and very thankful. If your looking for a Honda, call Junior, he will hook you up. The finance guy was awesome too. I can not say enough good things about Appletree Honda. Betsy Woods is THE BEST!!! I had been looking for a Honda Accord for a couple of months. I live in Phenix City, AL and do lots of traveling to South Carolina. I had tried several dealerships in a couple of states, but none seemed interested in even selling me a vehicle. Betsy not only sell me a car, but she stayed in constant contact with me my entire trip up, helping me get paperwork done before my arrival and had the car detailed and ready to go. This is the 6th car in 10 years that my wife and I have purchased and was, by far, the best, most enjoyable, and worthwhile experience of all those times. From the time we arrived to look at the car we wanted, to the time we drove away in that car a few hours later, the process was top notch. Our sales associate, Dyvon, was tremendous throughout. He was friendly and helpful. He encouraged us to move our child's booster seat to the car for a test drive which was previously unheard of in our car shopping lives. The sales manager Chris was incredibly straightforward, fair and thorough in his dealings with us. We had a budget that we simply could not go over and financing on our own that we were not willing to stray from and they did everything in their power to get us into the car, despite the deal, perhaps, not being the best for them. The idea of 'We don't sell cars, we gain customers" was plainly obvious during our time at the dealership. The team hear truly did everything in their power to get us in the car we wanted, under the best circumstances for our family. It's been two days now and we love the car and have already told all of our friends here everything about this experience and encouraged them to visit the dealership the next time they need a car. We truly appreciate everything Crown Honda did for us and they will absolutely be our first, and likely only, stop the next time we are looking for a car.

Contacted DR over email then text for a blind appraisal for my trade in. I sent photos and info on it. Everything he needed but then never contacted me again. I complained and he said he had other customers to deal with. He said he told me that. He NEVER did that over any text or emails. He wasted my time and could have looked elsewhere. AVOID this dealership. They are NOT customer friendly. I am 40+ miles away for a true car appraisal and was treated with disrespect.
