Just had my 2019 Honda HR-V routine oil and filter change at the Express Service. Everyone was polite and friendly. I waited a total of 48 minutes and they washed my car to boot. Cost was 50 bucks.

It is 105 degrees outside and two of their air - CHH

It is 105 degrees outside and two of their air conditioners are out. It is sweltering in the waiting area. This is the second time I have had to bring my car in for repairs and I just bought it 2 months ago. The car was certified and they promised loaners for service now they are saying they don’t know if they have one but let it slip the the lady who checks out loaners isn’t here.

Told me they’d have a loaner twice, didn’t have any both times. Tried to service my vehicle after accepting to be shuttled, got half way through disassembly before realizing they didn’t have the parts. Wasted a total of 5 hours of my time.
