My wife and I were looking for a good used car for our second vehicle, and saw a 2013 Subaru Outback described at Dick's in an online ad. We phoned and talked to Alex who told us the car's details, sent us a video, and organized us to visit the following day. Alex was off that day but the dealership had Austin lined up to help when we arrived. We saw the car, had a test drive, and liked it. However, it was a very recent acquisition for them so they were not able to let it go until it had been detailed and serviced. Our home is at least 100 miles from Hillsboro, and Austin immediately said he would deliver it when it was ready. We completed the paperwork and left for home. True to his word, Austin delivered the car two days later, and Alex came with him to get him home. We could not have been more pleased with the way we were treated by both salesmen, and the dealership generally. They have an efficient system that has done away with the Business Office/Finance Office nonsense, and the sales people provide a more personal service administering all the customer interactions. Austin and Alex were personable and genuinely interested in serving our needs as a priority. We warmly recommend Dick's Honda and will not hesitate to use them again

Best buying experience we have ever had! We have purchased lots of vehicles from lots of different dealers and this was the best experience we have ever had! Justin Jahn was our Sales Rep. Justin was very knowledgeable, friendly, made us feel welcomed and was happy to help us. Justin listened to us on what we were trying to accomplish and made it happen for us. We had just left another dealership and the experience was night and day. We are so pleased with the buying experience from Honda of Salem they will be our dealership for life. Justin Jahn was amazing, introduced us to the service department and made us feel right at home with our new CRV. I highly recommend Honda of Salem and Justin Jahn. I had previously left a review where I was not too happy with this company. Don’t get me wrong, I love my car, but I had a lot of issues with it. I was extremely frustrated and times have been really hard and I wasn’t able to take care of the repairs. I had reached out to customer service a couple of different times with no luck but then Eli reached out to me. He was so empathetic and went above and beyond to help me out so I can get the repairs done on my car and keep my job. He made my entire experience 1000% better. Driveway has a much better selection than any other online dealers. And their financing company was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. But I have to say it is thanks to Eli that I will still recommend this dealership!

All our future transportation purchases WILL be at Tonkin Gresham Honda. And get this - we live in Arizona, when we returned home, a week later the DMV already had all the papers needed for our plates. The DMV person said that hardly ever happens. Theoughly enjoyed my purchasing experience today! (9/27/22) Victor was the perfect person to handle my questions in a well informed and efficient manner. He was incredibly responsive before and during the sale, even coming in early to meet at a time that worked best for us. We made it through to the whole process in no time at all thanks to his hard work keeping things on track and moving. Both Victor and Corbin explained our options very clearly and made sure everyone came away happy. The hardest part was getting our own finances in order to close out the deal! While I hope I don't need a new vehicle in the near future, I will definitely keep Price Honda in mind.

The check engine light on our truck came on while in Newport. We called several other service departments and none could take us in. We went into Sunwest and they addressed the problem immediately with no charge. Very friendly and professional staff.

My wife and I have had horrible experiences from Griffith Honda Service Department. Sales Department is almost as bad. They did not fix an issue with our new Honda, they scratched the fenders when they worked on it and they don't call you when they say they will. STAY AWAY;BUY ELSEWHERE!!

I purchased a used Honda Accord from Honda World in Coos Bay Oregon. Robert "Bob" Taylor was my salesperson. Bob listened to my needs and treated me with respect. I knew what I wanted, Bob did not attempt to sway me one way or the other. Bob was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Sales Manager, Dan Messener created a very comfortable atmosphere during the paperwork and making sure the service needs that were requested were appropriate and included in the transaction. The whole process took less then one hour. Mike Sullivan in the service department was great to work with. Mike explained what was done during the safety inspection. I felt assured that I would be driving a safe, reliable car. I must say that this was a very easy transaction. I feel great about the experience.
