My family has now bought 3 Hondas from this location. I highly recommend this dealership due to the consistently kind interactions over the course of three years , professionalism and good work keep our cars running efficiently! Asten specifically has been instrumental in making positive experiences with this dealership. Andy stayed 2 hours after closing to see to it I got the car I needed to get back and forth to work. I had a very informative test drive and he got the exact things I wanted in a car (low mileage, 2019-2017 which I was about to get a 2020 and heated seats). Johnny worked with my budget and helped me in a SIGNIFICANT way to facilitate an affordable car payment. Robert was very kind while assisting me to get heated seats installed. Apologies I don’t know his name but the ‘dent’ man was friendly and professional too. I appreciate the sauce he gave me and the quality work done to pull out dents from the previous owner.

I reached out with 3 questions about a truck that they had. The internet sales person said it was out for updates. He agreed to respond with answers upon its return. The salesperson has called me to update me on the vehicle. It is still being repaired. I am very glad for the follow up! He also answered my questions about the vehicle. I am awaiting the call that they have it back and I can test drive it. Kudos for making sure it is good and the great communication!

While vacationing in Hilton Head our 2013 Odyssey started having engine problems. I called the dealership, explained our situation and they promptly arranged a service appointment .,... for that very afternoon. The car was quickly diagnosed with a major engine problem. Eric was very upfront with the repair and did a great job explaining our choices. Not an easy decision. After ready all the reviews about the quality of the service department, we had them do the repairs. The repair was done on time with no upsell of any other work. The car runs great. Eric, thanks for your honesty and thanks to the service department. I wish they could move up to Pittsburgh.

Got my 4th Honda in a row from this dealership in Charleston. Hendrick Honda always comes through With a good deal on the purchase and great service afterwards. My Salesperson this last time was Isaac Roelfsema. He went the extra mile to get me a car I wanted and a super deal along with it. Again I am very happy with Hendrick Honda, and I will be looking for IsaC to make another great sale when I return for number 5! This one was a Honda Accord Sport 2022 model. LOVE IT ! check then out...if you are smart, track down Isaac, he knows his stuff.

I live in Massachusetts but spend my winters in Six Mile SC. While here during winter I always take my Honda CRV to this dealership. On our trip south the tire pressure light came on. I’m clueless on how much air to put in as I’m always afraid to over inflate. Anyway I stopped in to Hendrick Honda and was immediately greeted by a young man (Hector) who told me to “pull your vehicle in.” He checked the tires and inflated the tires to the proper pressure. I thanked Hector and tried to give him a few $$$ for a coffee or something. But he wouldn’t take it. I’m her in South Carolina until spring and will always go to Easley to get anything I need done (oil changes..anything)….give this place my highest recommendation. Mike Noonan Six Mile SC
