Easy group to work with, they do not use high pressure. I especially appreciated they did not try to "Put me in a Vehicle." They recognized I wasn't certain it was the right vehicle for me and gave me plenty of room to decide for myself if I wanted the Ridgeline or the Maverick. Olim especially is great to work with and the finance team also..

Terrible service from the agency's Sales Manager, He forced the payment in cash or cashier's check, even having my check in hand and I told them that I will pick up the car three weeks from now, giving them more than enough time to cash my check, and after reviewing everything with the seller who was very kind to assist me but they left him with his hands tied and now I don't have the car nor the 1000 dlls that I left as a deposit.

My husband remarked that he has never before bought a car without a lot of stress but Carl made it easy. Terry S. in the finance department went above and beyond to accommodate our wants. We will definitely be back to Community Honda in Baytown. They have a good variety of used cars as well, whether your looking for a Honda or something else.

Our 2022 Odyssey has a problem with the back sliding door popping back open when you shut it but not always but sometimes as many as 5 times in a row. It’s been in the shop several times..was told that if it didn’t show up on their diagnostics it wasnt their problem. Won’t recommend this place to anyone!! The girl got rude and hing up.
