The worst dealership experience, both sales and service. The sales and financing departments run on pressuring and haggling with the customer. When the wheel and tire modifications installed by the dealership damaged my brand new vehicle, it was insinuated by the general manager that the damage was my fault; even though it is undeniable that the damage was caused by the dealership's negligence. Their "efforts" were for me to trade the vehicle in and lose $9,000. They have no accountability and offer the absolute bare minimum customer service.

I have never felt more lied to concerning purchase of vehicle, to repairs being completd, to the mailing of my refund($3100.00) for my extended warranty. I will never buy a vehicle there again, nor recommend them to anyone.

I accompanied my friend to help her purchase a new car and had a terrible experience. The sales team was kind and welcoming, but the sales manager Kyle Dwiggins was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They add on extra "non-cancelable" expenses without telling the customer, even when they declined them in the first place. Along with this, he also rushed my friend through the paperwork without offering any explanations. When we asked for an explanation of the different charges and tried to cancel them, Kyle was very short and condescending with us and said: " I would have to take it out of my own paycheck, and I don't want to do that". If you go here, please avoid Kyle Dwiggins at all costs.
