STAY AWAY!!!! Probably bought they most expensive auto on their lot or dang near the most expensive. Bought a used 2019 Honda Type R in 2021. Absolutely amazing vehicle and completely satisfied with the car to this very day. But the sales staff lied to me endlessly about getting me the spare key for the car. Contacted the dealership multiple times ove a one year period and just kept getting endless lies or no calls back. Eventually finally had a sales manager rudely tell me they weren't going to give me the key they promised to get at the original sale. Listen if they will lie and draw something so small out for this long on someone who was buying the best they have they will lie about everything up to including big ticket items. Definitely a problem with integra and honesty within the sales division of this dealership. Go some where else and don't get ripped of.

Buyers' Beware Priorities for Life Warranty is too good to be true! Never been treated so poorly in my life! Priorities for Life Warranty is a joke, the salespeople lie about what you get when you purchase your car from them. They tell you that you can take it to any Priority dealership for work, and rush you through the signing. Then when you need an engine they let you know you've voided the warranty by taking it to a Priority dealership outside of the selling dealership, and they're really sorry about it. After fighting for what should have happened in the first place they decided to warranty my engine, however, with a used engine. They passed me off to a very brave employee who wasn't afraid to treat me poorly. He had no update for me, ever, he avoided my phone call, and wouldn't call me back. Obviously, they were bitter about the fact that I yelled at one of their managers for trying to deny an engine warranty. So I guess they treated me how they thought I deserved. I don't feel confident with the work done on the car and intend to trade it in at a Casey Dealership when the time is right and hopefully before this engine gives up on me. I hope they stop trying to screw people out of their warranties, sad business they're in.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 CR-V. We couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. We worked with Vitaly (if I spelled you name wrong I truly apologize) on the sale of the vehicle. He was very helpful and could answer any questions we had. He could tell you about every feature the vehicle had and helped us set things up. I can honestly say this was the easiest purchase of a vehicle we have had. Not pushy and won’t blow your phone up. From our experience they foster a no hassle car buying experience. David the sales manager was very helpful sorting out a minor issue we had. He and the sales team will go above and beyond to meet your needs! Thanks again guys! Note: To be completely honest, the service department is a work in progress. It won’t keep us from using them, we understand that the current state we are all in with Covid is very difficult on many businesses.
