This dealership wants your money and thats it. I bought a 2021 Honda Odyssey. They sold it certified pre owned. When i got it home i saw on the roof of the van extensive damage. I called them and they said bring it back. I took it back and they did not want to fix it. They said it would cost too much money. I payed $48,500 for this van and they didn’t want to help me out. Less than 24 hrs. They then said they would order me a new van and trade back the old one. Long story i lost $4,000 for 3 weeks while i waited for the new van. They gave me $46,000 trade in value…and they uped the price on the new van by $2,000. They knew the van had damage and saw that i was in need of a vehicle since over a year. They took advantage of me and my situation. I have four young children and needed a new van. STAY AWAY….These guys are crooks with ties. They will take advantage of you especially since vehicles are scarce. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!….STAY AWAY. If you buy something from them forget about getting any help. Once the check clears they will no longer help you.

The whole process took about two months because of unexpected issues on our end and Ty kept in contact and offered any assistance she could. Let me start off by saying, I would definitely recommend Q, Marisol and Klein Honda to anyone buying a Honda in greater Seattle area. Klein Honda is the only dealership you should be going to buy a Honda in PNW. My fiancé and I shopped around at other Honda dealers in the greater Seattle area and none came close to the deal that was presented to us at Klein. Marisol, our sales rep found us a deal we couldn’t refuse. We sat down and told her exactly what we wanted and she did her best to accommodate that. We also had the pleasure of working with Q Ali, the financial Manager. He worked with the bank to get us the best rate possible. No games. Straight to the point, answered all of our questions. Their service was truly incredible. They both answered any questions we had and advised us along the way. They have such a great team over at Klein Honda.

Awful. I purchased a new car outright. I asked the finance guy to call me when they recieved the deposit, he did not. They kept my vehicle 2 days knowing I had no other transportation because the salesman that helped me had his days off. All somebody had to do was give me the keys and let me sign several documents. they aren't a team. The salesman, Taylor then called me on his day off and promised he would pick me up at 10am the following day, he did not. When I called up upset I was told "I don't know what's going on. You're talking to the wrong person " that's not an acceptable answer for a reputable business. The correct answer is "I'm sorry. Let me find somebody who can help you" after yelling at them I was given my keys, singed 2 documents and left. 3 days ago I called about a title question. I was told the finance guy would call me. He did not. Worst place ever

I bought a 2016 Honda Civic in February of 2016. The salesman was Justin, he was very helpful and informative. I was turning in a leased civic and purchasing a brand new one. I thought it would take all day but he had me in and out in about 2 hours. They completely took care of taking in my leased car and returning it. I never had to deal with the leased car again after the day I turned it over to them. My car came with a lifetime powertrain warranty and I've since had to call them a few times to ask questions making sure I'm following the maintenance guidelines. He's always been very helpful and I've never hung up with out having my answers. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a car in the area.

I bought a 2022 Honda CR-V EX-L Hybrid from Kris and Tony for a fair price, no extra add-ons and they gave me a fair market value for my trade. I arrived at the dealership a little later than I planned and the vehicle was ready to go and finance was under 15 minutes. I will definitely come back here for my next vehicle!
