We were shopping for GV70 at another dealer and the sales team didn’t really work with us so I contacted South Bay Genesis and ended up speaking with Omar. In a short time he assured us that we could get a deal in range we were looking for with no surprises. We ended up leaving the dealer and headed down to meet Omar. As promised there were no surprises and we were able to get the deal done. Omar was patient going over the new GV70 and its features with us and spent a lot of time helping us set up the vehicle to our personal settings. I would definitely come back to dealer if I needed another vehicle in the future

Dominic was outstanding! He educated me on the car I thought I wanted which was more expensive. He explained to me why a hybrid would not benefit me. I am incredibly thankful for that. He showed me the same SUV I wanted but not as a hybrid and there was no pressure to get it. In fact, I believe I pressured him. Excellent customer service skills and he really listened to what I asked for. Experience was pleasant and painless.

I recently arrived to Lemoore and experienced an issue with my new Elantra. One of the closer dealerships was not able to fit me in and the car deteriorated to the point that it needed to be serviced immediately. I was able to book a same day appointment with Visalia Hyundai and despite them not having the part needed to fix my vehicle they found a way to cut the 2 day wait time for the part to two hours. This dealership has set the bar for services and I will drive the additional 20 minutes to them moving forward because I know I will receive exceptional care. The service department staff really helped my in my time of need and ensured I was taken care of. Thank you Brittany, Ben, Roma, Cameron, Matthew and especially Mr. Sandro.

I had a great experience working with Mike Nam on purchasing my new Ioniq 5 SEL AWD. He is very easy to work with, no BS or any funny business just stright to the point with no surprises, exactly how a dealer should operate. I've visited 3 other dealerships(Fontana, Russel Westbrook Anaheim, Glendale and had terrible experiences at all three with bait and switch tactics, and rude customer service. If it wasn't for Mike Nam and this dealer I was planning to purchase a different EV vehicle so glad I found this place. Alexis was amazing! Never a good day when you have to have your car towed in… She was was very responsive and honest about timeline expectations. I received multiple update communications during the whole process. Once my car was diagnosed and I gave the go ahead, the work was done quickly! It took less time at Kearny Mesa to do major repairs than it took for an oil change and two tires at my previous dealership. Everyone was polite and professional!!

We recently purchased a 2023 HYUNDAI KONA SEL through Rezaul Bashar, Internet Sales Department at All Star Hyundai. We decided to physically come into the dealership to inspect but heavily considered an online purchase. We are glad we came in as this was the best purchase experience in our many years of buying vehicles. This was solely due to Rezaul not pushing himself or pressuring us to purchase. He met us on the lot and talked to us in a calm manner, answering all of our many questions. Although we had done our research and this was our first experience with an all-electric vehicle, Rezaul filled in the gaps. It did not take us long to make a decision as we trusted Rezaul. As we found out that there are additional resources that come with an all-electric vehicle, Rezaul was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making sure that these were set up before we left. Post-sale, Rezaul has also been attentive to any additional issues and questions by immediately responding to our communications. This place deserves 10 stars. You are not going to find a better dealership anywhere. Up front about everything and honest. Selling at MSRP without nonsense add-ons. The customer service is exceptional. Nick the sales guy was awesome all the way thru the process. The next Hyundai, Genesis, or Mercedes I buy will be from this dealership group without a debt. These guys deserve to get as many vehicle allocations from the manufacturers as possible. They are doing what is right for the brand reputation.
