I had a 100+ questions as I had not purchased a new car in many years. I was searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and not what they had in stock. I felt very confident in waiting a bit to get my new car instead of just buying something else. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. I felt they were very upfront and honest about prices and fees and stuff, some other dealers wanted me to come in to discuss that, they answer my questions 1st..

I was looking for a specific model Elantra N Line for my husbands birthday and found one in transit to Stevinson Hyundai so I called and spoke with one of the sales team, Medi, and made purchase arrangements by phone. Vaughn and Medi with the sales department and Chris with the finance team kept in contact until the car arrived and once they had it on site we made the trip across 3 states to pick it up. Steve and his service team were so great and even did an oil change and wash & vacuum service on our 2022 Santa Fe while we did all our purchase paperwork. The entire car buying experience from A to Z was top notch and seamless! Purchased our second car from Crossroads Hyundai today. While buying a car always is stressful, they were willing to negotiate the price to an acceptable deal for both of us. We are happy with our purchase and the we were treated. As with any major purchase, read your docs to avoid any confusion, and be sure you are signing what you agreed to. I will once again be happy to tell anyone who asks where I purchased my New Hyundai Tucson.

Got oil change, ended up with oil spots - Filament

I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.
