A pleasant easy experience. Tom was very helpful and courteous, as well as the finance manager. We purchased a different car than the one I was originally looking at but I think it suited our purpose better anyway. Overall a very positive experience. Let me add, if not for your internet person, John Melto, and his followup I would not have visited your dealership. He deserves at least partial credit for the sale.
