I went to the dealership this evening with questions about the new technology on my new car. (Couldn't figure out much on my own! I'm so low tech!) A sales rep named Liam Walsh came out to my car with me and spent a good half hour explaining the features of my car. He was friendly and didn't get frustrated with my lack of tech knowledge. I didn't even buy my car at Reed Hyundai! It was a gift to me and was purchased in another city. -- Anyway, Liam was extremely helpful and I was very impressed. Thanks so much, Liam!

Wen into dealership for an oil change etc. Waited for the work to be done which took 30-45 minutes I would guess. Shortly they called me to the counter to say the work was completed. Total bill was $120 Only problem was I had a service contract so there should not have been a charge. Bill goes back out to the service manager to correct. When he came back with the revised bill he said he had hit the wrong button on the computer. Not sure I totally believe that. Have been dealing with Noller for almost 30 years and this is the first time I have ever had a problem with the bill.

Agent answered all questions in a very professional manner. Time spent test driving the auto was a good learning experience since the car had many bells and whistles that were new to me.
