Disorganized, pushy and does not listen. Visited Gary Rome in hopes of wanting to test drive a vehicle and maybe make a decision for a new vehicle purchase, yet left not wanting to purchase from Gary Rome ever. Having never even driven a Hyundai, I was unsure of what I wanted but wanted something practical. Started the process online and not only was I hounded by phone calls from someone to come in and test drive, I was also not listened to. I not only put the vehicle I wanted to test drive in your online system but I also put my trade-in in as well and setup an anticipated test drive date. Upon getting to the dealership, not only did they not have an appointment but they didn't even have my trade-in or test drive vehicle. Upon visiting the dealership, I was introduced to a salesperson who, was absolutely one of the core reasons I did not purchase, but not entirely. I wanted to test drive, that is it; not discuss numbers or have my credit run but she wanted no part of that. She had the wrong car in my profile, or didn't have my trade-in; when I asked if the systems sync she simply said "I'm doing the best I can.". We test drove the vehicle, with her in the vehicle and was not knowledgeable about the vehicle at all. Even commented about a couple other vehicles and she didn't offer to have us drive those. In the end, she was extremely rude and pushy; I reiterated to her I simply wanted to test drive. She inquired if I wanted to go over numbers, what other cars I was looking at and "when I was going to make a decision." She said she had to go talk to her manager, for whatever reason and we left which results her chasing after us and saying she wanted to give us her business card. It's her fault any part of this failed as well as the rest of the staff. Looking around, everyone was not helpful to other guests and if she respected what I was looking for or even attempted to listen to what I was looking for then this whole scenario would go so much different.
