This is the dealership everyone warned you about. I found the Jeep that I wanted on their web site. I live over 140 miles from the dealership, so I called about it and we made the deal on the phone. He said it was on the lot and he would have it ready for me. When we arrived, we spotted a jeep of a different color and we guessed that was the vehicle. It was, with a different color interior. He pointed out a dent in the vehicle stating they would fix it and the vehicle I made the deal on was loaned out. We went to see if there was anything else on the lot I might be interested in. He even showed us a Hyundai, I wanted a jeep. As we came back to the showroom, we also noticed damage to the front end of the Jeep that he had ready for me. I didn't want the damaged vehicle and I wasn't going to pay for a new vehicle when it had been loaned out with extra miles on it. He said that he would make me a great deal and headed for the sales managers office. When he came back he was showing me what my payments would be. I moved that paper to see the "deal". It was over a thousand dollars higher than the agreed upon price. I had also qualified for a $500 rebate which had disappeared. I said a few choice words that I shouldn't have and we walked out of the dealership. Then the calls started trying to get us to come back. I quit answering my phone and the text messages started. Wasted my friends time and wear and tear on his vehicle to drive me there and back for nothing. Over 280 miles for nothing. I gave it one star because they didn't have any negative stars for me to check.

They were amazing. However my car was traded from a *sister* dealership, and the Joe machens Hyundai made sure the inspection was done. It wasnt by the sister site. They made sure I got my care, free repair and a full tank of gas to get the repair within two weeks so I can register my new car. Love them. Hate their partners.

Went to have oil change at just short of 17,855 miles on my 2020 Hyundai Tuscon, which is supposed to be included but i was charged $37.95. They told me at 12K miles I was supposed to change fuel filter but that was never mentioned any other time I had an oil change. I purchased an extra warranty to cover the electronics in the car. The USB for the android auto has a short so it works then cuts out. I have a brand new Google Pixel 6 and the cord they gave me when I purchased the car. They tried to tell me it was user error, which how can that be? If I have the cord they gave me and new phone and the android auto cuts out and doesn't stay connected how is that user error? I confirmed with another automotive professional that that is definitely not considered user error at all. That is a defect! I tried to call the store to speak with the general manager regarding my experience. The man whom answered the phone said the general manager was a very busy person and wouldn't take my call. If this is the type of business they operate here, I don't ever see myself doing business with them again! The fact the dealership leadership wouldn't speak to me at all is a clear sign to me that customer satisfaction and honoring what you say and sell is not at all how they operate.

We purchased our Santa Cruz from Auffenberg and we’re well pleased with their dealership and staff. Our salesperson, Grant, was not only thorough but genuinely friendly. He not only answered all questions and concerns, but did so without being “pushy”. Trevor, in finance, went over all our options. He made the process easy to understand, was right to the point without wasting our time. At 72 I’ve dealt with dealerships that didn’t impress me as much as Auffenberg.
