This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Aldin made sure we knew what was going on from start to finish. We were shown how to use all the features in the Tuscon before we left. Walking into the dealership the first thing you notice is the clean friendly atmosphere and people willing to help as needed. Thank you so much we will be back when its time for another vehicle!

I purchased a 2022 Tucson on 06/30/2022 from David Croom at Fuccillo. I have been a customer of this dealership for over five years and this experience did not disappoint. David was attentive, never made me feel bad when I asked soooo many questions over the course of a few calls. The staff was amazing all around because I ended up picking a vehicle up almost a full month ahead of time! I love my Tucson and I have nothing but praises for this entire experience. sales experience = 5 stars. Sales person = Luis Olivier Jr. Finance person = Luis Olivier Sr. General Mgr = Fausto saw an ad for 0% financing, msrp only and $500 rebate. Luis Olivier showed me a few car models on the lot, narrowed down the model and trim and then delivered on the terms in the ad. no haggling, no long negotiations. In addition, the paperwork and insurance binders were taken car by him in a very fast manner. in 2 hours traded in my car, had my insurance, and closed out financing and drove off the lot w/ my new car... Finance processed the contract. no pressure to up-sell like extended warrantees, etc. i bought 2 other cars in 2022 and those dealers and finance people spent hrs trying to up-sell....not hyundai rockland. they were fair and honest in the sales and finance department. from a service department the car is new so we will have to wait but that is no reflection on Luis Jr and Luis Sr.

I have leased my past 2 Hyundai elantras through this dealership-when my lease is over I will do the same-My car was called in for a recall -and it took awhile for the part to come in(Not Hyunadai fault)but when it finally came in myhusband took the car and not only did I speak to Tim Turnball -he actually informed me that the car had another recall and they took care of it the same day- We have also had very good dealings with John Grasso-The person who serviced the car that day(not sure of his name-I think it was also another John) called me immediately when it was ready and they also cleaned the car for me-did great job

My wife and I have leased 5 vehicles from Prestige since 2017, most recently a 2023 Tucson last week, and have been reasonably satisfied with this dealership. The biggest downside is that it can be very difficult to reach a real person by phone, other than the Service Dept, after the sale is completed. THE REALLY BRIGHT SPOT is CHRIS HALL, the salesman who has handled all of our transactions! He's very straight-forward, has integrity, and listens to our needs and makes appropriate recommendations. (Their sales reps are salaried rather than commissioned, so there's no pressure on them to upsell, which is refreshing!) Chris is the reason we keep returning to Prestige. Without him, in our opinion, Prestige would just be another car dealership.
