Their service department is absolutely horrible. They are rude and they lie right to your face. I have to get an oil consumption test because my car A 2017 Sonata is burning oil and BOTH times they said they had to jump my car because the battery is dead. There is nothing wrong with my battery. They have had to add over a quart of oil every 1,000 miles and they say there is nothing wrong the car. They say it is well within the industry standards that it burns that much oil in a month I have been “helped” by Erica. (Very rude and condescending). Be aware and look at reviews of the people handling your vehicle. I only brought it here for convenience, and I made a HUGE mistake. Elyria Hyundai service department is horrible.

Absolutely disappointed with my experience. I fully understand that a used car will have used car problems, but, 13 days after a purchase, I was in for another $1200 in reapars and maintenance. The most disappointing aspect, the dealership literally wiped their hands of the sale and vehicle, and left me out in the cold. Buyer beware - if you buy a used car from Ron Marhofer, have it thoroughly checked out by an outside source, before signing anything.

Not willing to come down on pricing and made up some excuse not to return phone calls or use outside financing. Kept sending emails about price being reduced on vechile but only came down a hundred at a time. Not worth talking to someone over such a little reduction. Also, when an offer was made, no counter offer was made back. My opinion is people are over paying for vehicles because they're not doing proper research. Since no vehicle over 100k miles is worth close to 20k when KBB trade in value at most is 16k to 19k and you know no dealership ever gives anyone what the estimated trade in value is.

I cant find any good trucks here in Michigan.Everytime I find one it gone by the time I get to it.I found a nice truck from these guys.Now im not a person with money .I have been disabled most of my life,Anyway was talking with Nathan and telling him it has to go in someone elses name and if they could sign papers at home like everyone is doing now ,Because of Covid.He said He would run it by his boss.Ran the credit was approved ,But He didnt tell me before that the person had to come in.They couldnt because they are on oxygen and cant make an 8 hr trip.Ok so he runs my credit I did get a email from them saying I was approved,But I could not get Nathan to answer my texts.Over to the next day called and Nathan wasnt in His day off,So I was put in touch with Brent,I was already approved and He wanted to use someone else as cosigner Sent in another credit application and then Mysteriously Nathan called me,Said I was approved just needed bank statements sent to His boss Doug Williams.Nathan texts me back and said they needed to be pdf's.I sent in the pdf's and He said He would get back to me when everything was good.Keep in mind He's doing all this from his phone ,Because He's off work today.I called after a few hours and asked for Nathan Hes not working today.Called His boss That was supposed to send my bank statements to the bank to get approved for loan and by the way it was gonna be like a $4,000 loan was paying cash for the rest.Asked for Doug Williams and said who I was and He told the Girl on the phone that the truck was just sold. So here Iam had my hopes up that I was gonna finally get a good truck that I wanted and could now afford to get it ripped away from me.I done everything that was asked of me and for nothing and they ran 4 credit reports. I have everything to back up this story so lets see what they say probably a bunch of lies.....

We just bought our 5th car (4 new and one used) at Herrnstein Hyundai. We have been treated really well everytime and that is why we continue to go back to this dealership to purchase our vehicles. Brooke Paul was exceptionally great at getting us taken care of very quickly when we bought our new 2022 Hyundai Tucson this past week! We saw the Tucson on the internet late afternoon and were driving it home that evening! We absolutely love it and our 2020 Santa Fe, too! We highly recommend Herrnstein Hyundai!!

My family and I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium from Preston Hyundai of Boardman. While my experience with my sales consultant was not always fully transparent, the Preston management team is exemplary! I would like to call out a few individuals for specific recommendations, they are as follows:  Brad Cain, General Manager. Brad has proven himself to be an executive of high integrity with true concern for the full satisfaction of the consumer. He personally phoned me post-sale to review any concerns I had or areas where he and his team could improve.  Mike Rubin, General Sales Manager. He truly has the most customer-centric attitude of any business manager that I have dealt with in many years. He quickly jumped-in and attempted to clarify and correct the issues we encountered.  Liz Egan, Finance Manager also has a truly customer-focused attitude and provided me with information and answered my questions, even on her day off. WOW! She made the financing process smooth and orderly, and we felt quite comfortable dealing with her. We drove from Butler, PA (about forty miles, one-way) to purchase the Palisade and these three members of the management team made the drive very worthwhile. I would highly recommend, without hesitation, Preston Hyundai to all consumers looking to purchase a new Hyundai.

I knew I wanted a Genesis Coupe 3.8 with low miles. Dennis Automotive came through for me. The Sales Team of Corey and Malek was top notch. Buying a used car online can be scary. Malek answered all of my questions, provided pics, was honest and quick to respond. His customer service was excellent.. He could right a book on the right way to treat a customer. They met me at the airport, I test drove the vehicle just to make sure it was what I wanted. Hats off to Malek, Corey, Ed and the entire Dennis Automotive Dealership!
