Hyundai of Abington had an extensive inventory and the exact car we were looking for, along with the most reasonable prices we could find in the area. The buying process was quick but the salesman took his time explaining all the features of the car to us. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

We have serviced our 2011 Honda CRV exclusively at LVH for years and have never been disappointed. Went in for service with Sam Azar and his techs and mentioned we might consider trading our 2011. Since all service had been performed at LVH and the 2011 was in great shape we asked Sam what he thought - He suggested a short walk into sales. We said we would go across the street to the used car lot and he said "Just go and talk to sales!" So, we went into sales and found Mr. Ramjeet Singh - Two hours later we got a great price for trading in our 2011 and walked out the proud owners of a 2022 HRV! I think a major reason the Wright family are so successful is how carefully they hire their staff. Sam, Ramjeet, Maggie, Ryan are total assets to LVH. Eleven years ago I purchased a Tucson at Moon township Hyundai, so when I was recently in the market for a new vehicle they were at the top of my list. On 9/17/22 my husband and I visited the dealership after about 2 weeks of online shopping to test drive a Kona. We were greeted by Rudy who took us out for a test drive. Rudy was very knowledgeable on the model and took the time to show me all the features in the vehicle. After our test drive, we decided to put a deposit down on a 2023 Kona Limited, and expected to take delivery mid October. I was pleasantly surprised when I had reached out to Rudy on Sept 28 to discuss finance options that the vehicle had arrived! The financing process was quick and very painless thanks to the legwork done beforehand by Rudy and Brenna (finance manager) before we went in that evening to take delivery of the vehicle. As the Limited had more options than the model I drove during my test drive, Rudy took me through my cars display to set everything up (his sound settings are on point, listen to this man!), how to control the sunroof/Moon roof, dash setting options, etc. The whole experience was very seamless. I am absolutely in love with my Kona!

Stopped in to check out Hyundai's. Was interested until was told that every vehicle had added dealer costs for door guards & stenciling @ $1000. Said I didn't want those items & was told it is, automatically put on all vehicles that come in. Sales person did not really know their cars or did, & did not want to disclose info I already knew. I would not buy there for those reasons. With the price of cars going through the roof & flying off the lot why price gouge.

Had a flight booked to pick up and they came up with an excuse and also told us the car was sold to someone else the day before but we had wired the money before that. Went car shopping there 7/29/2022. What a disappointment it was from the sales person to the sales manager. I asked from the start for them not to play games and that’s all these guys did. Looking at a car for my daughter I was hoping we would be in and out rather quickly and with a car. Then the Games started. They don’t know the price, the extra fee of $8,000 they will split with me I need to initial a paper before I get a price. The paper they wanted me to initial was another car. So then I tell them I might want to trade in a car and still no games when you come back with a price. They run a scanner on it and they tell me it needs a catalytic converter and an O2 sensor. Now after all this they come back with a value of $1000 for my trade in. So I walk out and end everything. On 8/1/2022 I decided to take my car to my mechanic to see what the codes really were. Well guess what! The car is not in need of a catalytic converter but an O2 sensor yes. So these guys low balled me on a car worth 6-8k which was appraised at at another dealer. So to say these people are crooks, is to say it mildly. Stay away from these guys and their dishonesty. If I could have given 0 stars they deserve it.

We have purchased three cars over the years from this dealership. I have been pleased each time. Just purchased a 2022 Tucson in September, 2022. No issues during the transaction. I did have an minor issue with the car but it was fixed the same day I reported it. This Tucson purchased in September, 2022 was to replace a Tuscon I purchased a year ago in September, 2021 that was totaled about a month ago. Zach, the sales consultant I worked with for both purchases, was the best. He made both transactions by far the easiest I have ever had with a car dealer. He was patient with me and there was never any high pressure moments. He provided clear communication with everything. Hopefully, I won't be in the market for another car anytime soon, but if I am I going back to see Zach.

Worst dealership. They lie and try to force you into their financing. I had a deposit on a car for 2 months and they sold it to someone else because I didn't return their call within 2 hours, WHILE I WAS AT WORK. But if I had backed out, they would have kept my deposit. This would have been my 4th Hyundai purchase and this is how they treat you.
